Hello all! Long time lurker here. I have been interested in the red pill for three years or so now. Was able to adopt a lot of the strategies, then fell off the bandwagon after having a baby. I’d love some advice on self-betterment. I was the happiest I had ever been in both my life and relationship back when I felt like I had more areas of my life under control but the transition to motherhood has put some of these on the backburner. My baby is older now, and I want more children eventually, so I want some advice (preferably from women with multiple children) on how to better myself in these areas:

  1. House is not as clean as it should be. Cooking is not as much of a priority as before even though I love it. I struggle with the discipline of managing baby and house yet I feel so much happier when I’m more productive.

  2. Losing the baby weight. I gained about 40 lbs in pregnancy and 30 still needs to be lost. I have trouble losing weight while maintaining milk supply.

  3. My appearance is lacking too. I tend to look frumpy most days because I’m really busy with baby. I stay in my PJs often but I feel better when I look presentable.

  4. Intimacy has been difficult too. I want to be more intimate with my husband but it’s tough tfinding the time/I get tired after a long day with baby. I love sex, so this is not an issue of me not wanting it, more of struggling to balance time. Scheduling sex is not a good idea as hubby finds it a turn off. He’s more of a “rip your clothes off on a moments notice” kinda guy.

Basically, would love some tip/tricks/books/resources to balance my household, look presentable and make my hubby happy! I get nervous because I want multiple children, so I feel like I need to get a handle on this now while I have one child because I’m assuming it gets harder as time progresses.

Thanks everyone!
