Here's one - US company had a American female president. She was married. She imported an old lover from Europe. She made a obvious social cuckold of her husband (who was one of the most cringey blue-pillers I've ever met), had the company lease, at $1750/month in the 80's, a very expensive Italian sports car for the lover.

They then proceeded, under her "rule", to turn a $6million windfall into debt so bad it wiped out the company. How? Things like renovating the principles' homes, buying all the principles sports cars, buying and renovating completely a building for the office. In which about 90% of employees never were, as most worked from home, often in other states. But it was posh.

One emotion-drenched, patently and blatantly terrible decision after another, doubling down the whole way into the drainpipe.

My best boss was a woman. Treated me fair, gave me promotions and raises. I really lucked out. I think the real problem is that when companies promote they don't realize that a manager is different than a leader. And often they hire someone that is incompetent and over their head.

I will say this though, every place I've ever worked all the guys are chill with each other. No matter what their background is everyone seems to find common ground, get along, and bullshit about common hobbies/interests. However, the women at every place i've worked all hated each other. And it was always over really petty stuff. And in general their work ethic is really poor. Always late, playing with their phones, and non stop sick days.

I made a post about this story in a thread titled "Women are terrible leaders."

There's a little more bullshit to this story that made my blood boil.

Oh that’s only a small party of this woman’s crazy. Aftermath?

She lied on our P45s and made it look like we had resigned a month earlier to avoid paying us money owed. So

we took her to a tribunal (and won). Also as the P45 is a government tax form I emailed HMRC to let them know.

They lost the big client but managed to bring on board this crackpot angel investor. She also told the investor that

I’d taken the big client with me when I left (I hadn’t) and that’s why they were in trouble. I met with the investor

about another matter and he ambushed me on the claims. He didn’t seem very happy when I told him the truth.

She blew through that investment in <6 months and then fired one of the few remaining staff from before the

exodus, and the only person who knew how the servers were setup.

All the sites went down 2 days later They stayed down for several weeks Company brought onboard a new Technical Director, rumour is it he brought along his severance from last job in >return for equity. Company folded a few months later Since then she has been personally been declared bankrupt, but started a new business using a sock puppet director. Someone may have reported that to HMRC as well. Last time I checked that sites website was down for non-payment.

I can't stand female authority. Sometimes it's not bad, but for the most part it's going to be a shithole. For starters, everything has to be by the book. You have to dance around issues and watch your mouth. Secondly, it's hard to build rapport with them. They just don't understand shooting the shit.

The Gervais Principle basically says that the:

Women ("Clueless") are valuable to the
CEO class ("Sociopaths") in order to create a buffer between them and the
Workers. ("Losers")

When a woman is brought into the CEO class it goes against the central concept of a successful company which is to create stability by creating comfortable corporate illusions in the middle.

A "Clueless" CEO (woman) will doom a corporation.

One wonders about Hillary 2016.

We tend to think Obama is clueless (these days, in the beginning he was seen positively) but she very well might take it up a notch if elected president.

I am not sure this is a good example of any Red Pill principle. Some times large groups of people really fuck up and all you can do is fire everyone and hope it works. I read the thread and the majority of comments are not being posted here. I am sure that there are some bad females bosses, and I am sure that there are some bad male bosses. Please post better quality examples.

My primary school was highly reputed, happy kids, great teachers, fairly even balance of male to female teachers. The principal got offered a higher up position, left the school no biggie, his female deputy took over until she too got offered a position elsewhere

Third new principal , by the end of her first year in, there was one male teacher left in the school, and one other male assistant left (for the disabled kids programs).

Two male figures left, and the quality of the school dips massively, the parents petition for her to leave, but has she? What a surprise 6 years later and she's still there

As german citizen, I'm very very sad and angry where our female leader brought our country. In all her legislation periods she just isolated her power and just stops every controversial debate when it begins. Politically nothing is changing

In my experience women prefer men as bosses. Example, a female boss will have less consideration for a woman being pregnant, where a male boss will always be more accomodating.

One thing I've noticed about female leaders, whether competent or not, is they lack the ability to manage stress. They let their emotions get in the way just get overwhelmed by it all. There's a reason you don't see women in higher stress jobs--law enforcement, emergency rescue, wall street, restaurant cookery, etc.

This is so damn common in my experience.

Additionally, they prefer consensus leadership and ''sharing'' feelings and such in meetings.

I worked with female bosses for a long time. Right now, I'm in between jobs, but I always preferred the stoicism of male bosses.

If I was a Boss, I'd hire women and put them into executive positions. They fulfill a very important and specific purpose. Compliance and to ensure the rest of those drone workers slave away making me a profit by having rules instilled into them. The further a boss separates himself from his workers, the better. And what better way to do so by placing barrier in the form of 'bad female managers who like to micro-manage and blame their staff for their issues'.

Truth be told, if you are smart or cant handle being micro-manage, you'd quit. And what is left are people who will do the work, without complaints and be unhappily fulfilled.

This is the Dark Triad way of doing business and for most companies, it works.

I would never make a girl a boss of a company though. There will be no direction or leadership.

My first permanent boss in my field was a woman. Awful fucking ditz who would throw you under the bus in a heartbeat and had zero technical ability in the field we were endeavored in. Quite a few occasions where the director would ask me "What are you doing? Why did she sign off on this?" and she would deny/diffuse/obfuscate what was going on.

Well fast forward a couple of years, I learned to keep my head low and not get burned. We go on a launch, her, me, a product VP. Hmmm, strange, don't now why he needs to come, but hey. Well she left me slaving in the plant working 12-15 hours and would come in after 9, make a brief appearance and then go to a "Meeting". After a particularly long day I crashed at the hotel and told the staff at the plant to start without me on the next day as I needed a break. Any problems call me.

Well I walk out of my room to head to breakfast, and what soft cooing and giggling do I hear coming from 2 doors down? Yep, my then boss, halfway in the door with the VP necking with her. Both are married but not to each other, both were mortified. I walked by with a huge grin and said "Howdy!!!".

My reviews were stellar after that.

I have to be a counterpoint here. Everyone above me, all the way to CEO, is a woman.
Since the last male CEO left, we've gone from one of the worst performers in the industry to winning the "Best in industry" award this week.
No, not everything they do is even logical, let alone sensible, but overall, we're moving ahead in leaps and bounds. The department I'm in is leaner than it has been for a while, but we're producing the best results we have since I started here.

I must admit, I work in the HR department, in the "People & Culture" division so it's hardly a surprise that there's so many females and the are more males heading other divisions in the business but the point remains.
