That phrase is most commonly known to those who have played the Assassin's Creed series. The phrase actually comes from a book called Alamut by Vladimir Bartol. The book is about the Hashshashin and the maxim they live by of "Nothing is an absolute reality, everything is permitted."

I'm not usually a fan of quotes that are presented without some accompanying analysis, but wow that one actually really hit home. I remember being so upset about loss of innocence, and I wrote about it extensively. I'll be honest: for some of the things that I've learned, I've cried a bit. Friend of mine had Chad Thundercock's looks but grew up with an alcoholic dad, so he just always never stood up for himself. Second semester of college we were at a party and Suzie Sorority (you know how every sorority has the fat chick to make the others look better) is blacked the fuck out. Don't combine red bull and tequila into a water bottle. It doesn't end well.

Chad always gets attention but is too timid to do anything. Suzie goes on him.
A week later, apparently Suzie's facing some serious internal sorority standards issues. So she blames Chad, who's tall and good looking and somewhat muscular as a swimmer. Not exactly sympathetic before a campus tribunal of SJWs and BetaMax white knights.
Due to the political atmosphere, campus people didn't want this blowing up. So he took a deal, left college, and went back home to Europe. He's going to school there now but it was his dream to come here since he was a kid.

Not going to get into it but there is a huge potential risk when it comes to GMOs.
You just don't know what kind of potential catastrophe could happen if some of these genes get into the wild/contaminate other crops.

I just hate it when people try and vilinise 'GMO's as a whole. Some could definitely be bad, while others may pose no threats or improve the organism. It all just depends on what the modification was. I'm personally uncomfortable with my corn producing it's own pesticides, but totally ok with rice producing vitamin A.

"Terminator seeds" (the sterile ones you're speaking of) are purely a laboratory concept. They've never, ever been released to public consumption and every indication is that they never will be released. It's an interesting concept, but it's commercially nonviable. The only thing that forces farmers to buy new seeds every year is the contract they sign when they buy the seeds (and the fact that it would actually cost them more money in lost productivity to save seeds than it would to buy new ones).
There are far scarier seed lines that have been built in a lab that will never get released than most people know of. Befriend a scientist that works for one of the big GMO companies and you might get to hear about some of them.

Just because scientists agree doesn't mean it's correct. There's a psychological effect (Milgram?) that manifests in science where experimentalists follow each other. For instance, the first experiment to reliably determine the charge of an electron was off by some factor. And every subsequent journaled repetition of that experiment creeped closer and closer to the true value despite being significantly closer to the real value from the get-go. The values were skewed to be close to the "true" value determined by the first experiment instead of what the data said. Eventually science usually gets there in the end as, like TRP, reality doesn't care about feelz. But it is not always to be trusted unquestioningly.
Don't forget 4 out of 5 doctors recommend Pal Mal for pregnant women to lose weight.

Every generation of scientists thinks they are right until they are proven wrong.
GMOs like advanced AI is one of those genies in a bottle deal where once it's loose there is no putting it back.

I just thought I would throw out there that Organic Valley has been a pretty solid earner for me. Same with some of the local craft brew stock I bought.
Not that I bought them for any philosophical reason, just saying there is a huge market for green and organic stuff.

I've been interested in trying steroids, as I'm a hard-gainer.
Although from what I've heard, all the gains you've made past your genetic potential will be lost, so really it's for packing on muscle quickly if you're not a veteran (10+ years of lifting) and cutting bf %. Is this correct?

Haven't noticed any loss of muscle or strength. Have been off cycle for 5 weeks, strength is now higher than on cycle and I'm 7 lbs heavier than when I got off the cycle as well. My diet is really consistent tho I've been doing a hard bulk for 5 weeks after and still PRing almost every week. Highly recommend doing it. I'm 23 years old, no negative side effects but can't comment on long term effects obviousl

Haven't been tracking macros but estimated 250-300 g of protein, 4-500 g carbs, and no clue on fats. I mean text book bulk--> whatever carbs you're currently eating, add 2-300 g per day and I've been doing 1-2 free meals a day

People and family often tell me to go to anger management. I have a dream of becoming an elite soldier it's something i've always looked up to however i've more or less been raised to be a failure. All I'm saying is, if you go military with the intent of eventually being Special Forces, you have to be past "trying to do" and have your emotions on lock. They'll discover and destroy any weakness they find (and in the context of that training, a quick temper is an easy weakness to exploit). Those men are elite not in just body and fighting, but in mind and emotion.
Given the choice, SF instructors would rather have an average fitness (for the military) soldier with high intelligence and emotional maturity than a buff gym rat who rages like he's on 'roids, hands down. I'm not trying to dissuade you from your dreams, I'm just trying to give you a little guidance on what to focus on mastering in yourself before you pursue them.

This is very true for me. Since discovery of TRP, I've only had anger or depression concerning sex and women. That's not to say that personal happiness and fulfillment didn't accompany my anger. I was happy with myself and my life and had a new found seductive energy when around women. I would meet them, game them per se, and fuck their brains out and whether or not I saw them again depended entirely on my own terms. I was the king of my own world, which was the only world that mattered. After a while though, further acceptance made me more numb to the truth and I stagnated because I just stopped caring. Then the dry spells hit and I became somewhat depressed occasionally because women seemed to stop wanting me. I started craving their validation again. I had forgotten how women only want to divide men into categories such as provider, walking dildo, faceless eunuch put on earth only to put up with their shit, etc. Then I started to remember again and found my anger. Women stopped being my source of sexual validation and once again became my playthings. So yeah, fuck the world for trying to enslave you and use your guts to grease the gears of a loveless society. And fuck women for being such cruel unloving bitches. Remember how they can and probably will betray you at a moment's notice and never forget how expendable they are.
