..and Your diet isn't only what you eat.

It's the things you watch on tv, search online, the music you listen to, books you read, people you hang around, things you spend your money on, and women you allow in your life.

Be mindful of the stuff you are ingesting and make sure it is feeding you in the proper way. Saul Williams talks about this and how He doesn't have a TV because he, as an artist isn't trying to be fed by the stuff that is on it. He also talks about how most hip hop artist all sound the same because they are all influenced by each other, because hip hop is the only music they listen to. And if all you ingest is strippers and drugs. That's all you're going to make music about.

Tv is mostly made up of reality shows and brainwashing news, and does nothing for your diet. Same with porn, social media, and other things you're wasting your valuable time on. Participating in all those things while spending mass amounts of time on here is like going to the gym for hours and then going home and eating tons junk food. It keeps you stagnant.

This should also be a way of being open minded to new things. As you would try new routines/exercises in the gym and new foods in your diet. It's good practice to try new things in your life, new experiences, new people, new hobbies, new music, etc.

Then be mindful of how it's doing to make you a better person and get you closer towards your goals.

I invite you guys to stop and think for a second of the junk food you're currently digesting. And cut it out of your diet. be mindful this month and notice what your diet is like and what you're allowing yourself to consume. Write down what you're ingesting and cut out what isn't bringing you to where you want to be.

Friends with underlying jealous motives that always cause you problems, toss it. Female causing you more drama than she's worth. Toss it. Music talking about hoes and doing drugs. Maybe it's time to become open to a new genre. Drinking more than you should. Cut it. It's all based on what YOU want in your life and where you're headed. You need to have a vision.

Just like if you were going to have a bulking diet, it would be different than if you were cutting. Figure out your goals and your vision and adjust your diet accordingly.
