Weak/provider and missing father also means different things for communication.
Weak/provider fathers can leave a legacy of a girl with a very strong frame, meaning an unwillingness to submit to mistakes. Her communication skills will exceed understanding of stable male female relationships.
Absent fathers, rather, leave a legacy of a girl without a model for male behavior as well as a moral compass to guide. This makes them vulnerable to defining right and wrong on your terms (a good thing if you know what makes you happy). Daddy’s little princess will need genuine reassurance more often than not.

Which is why it is so crucial to understand which type of girl you are dealing with.

I dated a category 3 for a bit and it was the best sex I ever had. She loved getting slapped, face shoved in the pillow, and choked. She even thanked me for "taking charge" and said she had a really good time. The girl was a bit of an over-achiever and one of the more intelligent ones in her friend group-divorced parents.
Would be interesting to see a list like this pertaining to men. Like men from good homes, broken homes, nagging mothers etc.. Interesting read!
[–]TheFamilyAlpha 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
It's almost like I know what I'm talking about.
Category 3s want nothing more than to not have to live like their mothers.

I was with a girl at my University for about 6 months who had a drug-addict father who was in-and-out of rehab and would steal money from her a bunch. She was also molested when she was younger. As of now, she blacks out almost every time she drinks, does coke a bunch and just lives life incredibly recklessly. She's also dirty as fuck and supposedly bi-polar (she told me when I ran into her a few months ago). I'd put her in category 4.
We were never officially in a relationship but she told me she loved me, wanted to marry me and have my kids about one month into us basically just banging and going out to bars together. I was a little stunned, saw all the red flags and eventually just told her we should stop seeing each other. So, yeah, category 4? Avoid like the plague.
It's too bad, though. She had a really good heart and I felt for her. I know she wants more from her life and she's so smart and talented, but her reckless nature only keeps her going backwards. She was a solid 9 when I got with her, but by the end of it the alcohol added the pounds and she became a 6-7. And it's only going to get worse. Can't save everyone, I suppose.
[–]unhealthy113 points14 points15 points 8 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
100% Totally agree. They don't want to be saved. Very few western women i meet have a genuine ability for self-reflection. Self reflection, improvement is usually limited for the benefit of attracting a better mate to better their lot in life.
[–]feelfool3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Hahah what?
Do the eastern women you meet have awesome introspection?
[–]unhealthy10 points1 point2 points 8 years ago* (3 children) | Copy Link
was most western women not broad enough for you haha. Depends how the woman was raised. Ive dated chinese and experienced open hypergamy lol. They tell you. Lol. I cant say all, because ive met some decent women that self reflect, but they are a rare group.
I met one chinese woman who asked me if in america "boyfriends have to give girlfriends money." She said she wanted her fiance to giver her money. (While dating me on the side) She raked over her poor 35 yr old beta, took his condo in a divorce lol. Got citizenship and road the CC raking over each guy she met. She even hit me up when she seemed tired of the CC. Apparently her definition of a good guy was being handsome, good in bed, money in the bank and a house paid off. And she was a 7.5 pushing an 8 at best with make up. They want it all but offer little in return. Ruthless.
[–]feelfool1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Lol I think that's a funny thing to be picking up on when you're meeting women.
I've never met a woman and been like "Ok she's from Canada, and how's her introspection? Mmm not looking good.. Her Japanese friend though, killing it on the introspection front, really knows herself and what she wants. Eastern women 1 point Western women zero"
[–]unhealthy10 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Ive met some decent women who acknowledge they messed up by riding the CC. Very rare though.
Most often they seem to double down and raise their standards. But i can think of a few off the top of my head that are depressed and sad by their plight, never settling down early enough only to be miserable later. The same lie we are sold is sold to them i feel. Then only after many years have past they realize they bought into a lie.
And i would probably go for the japanese than the canadian chick.
[–]feelfool0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I hear you man.. That's a tough predicament lol When you're entering a relationship with someone that just moved to your country and is trying to establish themselves and then all of a sudden very quickly wants to marry you, you should at least hesitate long enough to question their motives.
A pretty face can make decision making very difficult
[–]softlikedrake10 points11 points12 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
You can only save yourself. I can spot these stage 4 girls usually during a single conversation after living with one. They're broken, and it's not your job to save a sinking ship. Trust me, you'll just drown with them.
Law 10: Avoid the Unhappy and Unlucky. Emotional states are contagious.
[–]samarui7 points8 points9 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
That's the law that made me accept that she was broken and that I was better off without her. She was making my life significantly worse. I was picking up her bad habits and tendencies.
[–]softlikedrake5 points6 points7 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
It's a subtle transformation. You have to be really good at introspection to see it happening within yourself. Eventually these girls will start to blame YOU for their miserable existence.
[–]samarui6 points7 points8 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
LOL, this is why I love this sub.
At a certain point, she started to say that we were "bad influences on each other"... yes, you blacking out every time and me having to carry your ass back to my apartment is my fault. Women, I tell ya...
[–]crush_snort_red_pill 3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Can’t save everyone, I suppose.
You can’t raise a woman twice.
[–]TheFamilyAlpha 7 points8 points9 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Category 4 is the worst as there are girls who have great potential, but their programming is just so fucked up.
Never get serious with a woman who operates like that.
[–]samarui4 points5 points6 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I saw her friend the other day who's been trying to get us to start dating officially for some time now.
I looked at her a bluntly said, "too many red flags, but you already know that?"
She agreed with me lol.
[–]TheFamilyAlpha 2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Good job man
There are so many women out there.
It is a man’s romantic nature/masculinity which drives that ‘Need to save’ but in our society, fuck that.
Same for single moms, they may be great women, but they’ll always love their kid more than you.
As a Vet I’d say war widows are worse, you’d never live up to their husband’s image.
Traditional girls in 1-2 are great, maybe 3, never 4.
[–]va-20000 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
What are these references to category 3, category 4? I can guess, but there is no mention of the origin of this breakdown.
[–][deleted] 6 points7 points8 points 8 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link
So bloody true. And the reason why your little daughter is just like your wife is because she unconsciously starts to imitate her. I once saw on the road a mum with a pram, with her little second child in it and beside her was her little first daughter, also with a toy pram following alongside her. If your wife is doing it correctly, your daughter will begin to imitate all the right things she’s doing.
[–]TheFamilyAlpha 10 points11 points12 points 8 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link
Exactly
This is why it is so fucking important that men vet as best they can if they want children.
Choosing a baby-momma and/or wife is the most important business decision a man will ever make in his life.
Don’t choose with heart, use your brain as the only way to create something aside from feminist tinder-sluts is to have feminine traditional women raise feminine traditional daughters with value.
[–]nujjj803 points 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link
Yeah, but not just to vet, it is also to keep working on yourself, improving and reading all the time, and look up to those who you know have made a good job rising their kids. It's important to analyze what works and what doesn't, and good parents will surely give advice if you know how to ask. We all have friends or know family's who has done a very good job with their kids. There shouldn't be any shame on asking for good advice too, imo.

In other words your version of a unicorn?
[–]TheFamilyAlpha 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Unicorns don’t exist.
Unsure how else to tell you that.
[–]88Will88 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
You should have quit while you were ahead. The definition above sounds like a unicorn to me. What you have said in this post and your comment is that only trad con women, with a “daddy pleasing” attitude are appropriate for an LTR. So how many of them are there in the world? Maybe a few thousand if you include fatties and fuglies. Attractive women with those criteria do not exist and even if they are like that now, they will still suck strange dick under the right circumstances.
[–]TheFamilyAlpha 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
I said they are the best foundation, their upbringing predisposes them to living in a role which fits best with a family narrative.
Others can do it, but from my experience, the only LTR/Marriages that don’t suck ass with shit kids are ones where the women came from these roles and obviously the men are leading.
These women exist just like Wranglers that aren’t overpriced exist, you’ve just got to find them.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Wranglers that aren’t overpriced exist,
and thats where you lost me
[–]TheFamilyAlpha 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I’m a Jeep guy lol made perfect sense to me.
If you ever look for Used Wranglers, 99% are retardedly overpriced as these things maintain resale value due to the ‘culture’ of the Jeep.
You can find that 1%(I did) but it took months, which is a rarity for me as when it comes to vehicles, I usually know what I want and go for it within 2-3 weeks.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I looked into jeeps, they are usually retardedly overpriced especially new.
Used? you basically have to find a sucker.
[–]88Will88 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Meh, if you want a decent women get an asian. They are slimmer, they accept traditional gender roles, and because they are used to small penises, they treat me like I am John Holmes. Even then they are all the same. I had a trad con chinese girl from a rich family. Only ever been with two men in her life. When her husband was away on weekends I used to fuck her hard, pull her hair and shoot cum into her mouth. She used to beg me to get her pregnant so she could leave her husband after the baby was born (that is why I only ever came in her mouth). He thought he had the sort of girl you are describing, traditional, great father, low n-count. They are all the same.
[–]nujjj80 1 points1 points1 points 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link
Thanks for the post, good reading, kind of superficial on the 4th category tho, would enjoy reading some deeper thoughts about that one.
On a side note, it always amazes me how much of an impact you can and will have on the kids you're rising, even if they're not yours. Got me thinking on how many people is so superficial about the decision of becoming a parent, and do it without any compromise with the sanity and future of their child, their own lineage. Well, then again, most people is not very smart... :/
[–]TheFamilyAlpha 6 points7 points8 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Brother, I wish I could bottle that exact sentiment up and share it with the world.
Nobody should have kids, just to have kids.
It should be a thought out, strategized, intentional decision.
As for Category 4: These women are so fucked it would take another 2,000 words to capture their entirety so left it intentionally vague.
[–]appolo110 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Could you actuslly elaborate on category 4 for me? Or at least point me to some RP friendly resources on the matter?
I believe my current girlfriend, previously abused by mom's rotation of boyfriends, is in this category. She is an amazing person, but there is shit galore that goes along with it and sometimes I don't know what the fuck to think or do.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
[–]QTKB2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Category Four - The Abuser
Incredible. It's speaks volume as to what awaits. The girl with the abusive father will always recognize that abuse as Love. Every man she encounters will resemble the father and project the same outlook as the dominate, abusive type.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE She will never feel worthy of someone who isn't abusive, controlling, or manipulative. The drug encapsulates her mind and it's the only narcotic she'll be used to receiving.
[–]Drok_MothLord 2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Good God this is insightful. I've always seen a clear distinction in woman's behavior's and shit testing but this was my missing piece. I came from nearly no family at all but thinking back on the house holds off female friends and this all lines up too true.
[–]AlanAmpersand1 1 points1 points1 points 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link
Fuck me, I think i'm dealing with a category 3
Not a problem, depending on which type of Cat 3
[–]Im_Not_Kevin1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I was always aware of the Daddy issues truth; bit seeing it deconstructed like this is really cool.
And can confirm; my ex I dated for a year had a #3 weak willed cuck dad who let her get her way by crying and begging her whole life. And she loved all the kinky stuff but acted ""proper" out of the bed.
[–]getstronger17 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
Got an ltr with a cat 1. Hard working blue collar father. Seems to be pretty accurate description especially about having to be careful to give them approval. I grew up not caring too much what people thought so it was difficult at first to make sure I was complimenting her.
Not sure I agree that men without a father figure are looking for one. I grew up without one as the oldest male in the house from age 15 on I had to become that figure at an early age.
[–]MrEscher1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I think you're missing a category:
BPD women
These females kind of fall in all the categories.
[–]TheFamilyAlpha 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
So how could I categorize them?
[–]gsp95111 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I had a LTR with a category 1. We were really doing great, behaving just like you described OP. Her father is a very masculine man. She looked up to me for leadership, for approval and so forth. It all went downhill when I started to become insecure, indecisive and lose my frame. I also started to critize her a lot, and one thing I did to her was the nail in the coffin and we then broke up.
Category 1 must be treated just like a daughter at all times. You don't go on rejecting and critizing your daughter when she's not doing fine in life. You might tell her how disappointed you are in case she's not working her ass to get out of that situation, but if she's trying her best and facing difficulties, it's your job as her man, as her "supplant daddy" to support and encourage her.
Lesson learned.
[–]DonkeyPunch190 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
the fathers who talk about cleaning a shotgun while waiting for the date to arrive home?
Guys like this are fucking pathetic. I think this type is the most common. Most fathers are extremely overprotective of their daughters. Curious that you don't see that fanatical over-protectiveness from mothers towards their sons.
[–]NoFaptain990 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Excellent post OP. As I'm planning to marry, this is important to understand. Makes a lot of sense too; if a woman has a red pilled father it clicks that she'd want what she's grown up with. Thanks!

This is very similar to attachment theory. Have you based these off that?
In all of your examples, women are looking for the same thing, Security. I subscribe to the simple belief that women are emotional and men are rocks (low emotion), women attach to the man as a form of security for their emotions.
Using your types though, it's a matter of finding a good quality woman worth being a rock for. It always has been.
[–]getstronger17 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Not sure we can generalize that much. Plenty of overly emotional dudes out there.
[–]Bkblul0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Oh for sure there are.
They're the ones that would be prime candidates to get taken advantage of and manipulated etc.
I don't doubt that there are relationship dynamics where a woman is the stable one and a man is the emotional one, just less common and something I wouldn't want to be involved in

I just wonder if the same statement holds water for men: "all men have mommy issues".
How about "all people have parent issues"?
I actually agree with the idea that a woman's relationship towards her father will determine a great deal of her interactions with men, and that it is important to categorize a girl early on during the dating stage (or even before that) so as to avoid nasty surprises and outcomes.
