This is much better than being a whiny bitch and begging her not to leave etc. But I really think this revenge/women are evil mentality is not healthy, and new guys reading this should not replicate it.

It would be perfectly fine to handle it calmly, give her the bags and see her out. When she’s left you can chase other girls and go about your life. Your calmness alone will speak volumes to her about how little it bothers you, and that will trigger her hamster if that’s the goal.

No need to “destroy” anyone, unless you are facing an internal battle of your own, in which case you need to figure why you feel that way and address it.

We all know women have more power than men in today's world. Doing this to her just gives her an incentive to get you back. It could be a false rape accusation, it could be false domestic abuse claim, or she could ruin your future relationships by making you believe your current GF is cheating (story from a female reddit poster who did the same thing).

Either play it as a stoic alpha, or even play it as a beta. Playing beta means people will see you as weak therefore run away from you. Correctly knowning when to pretend to be beta is a really good skill to have.
