PROS

This week I finally hit my body weight on the bench, feels great. Academics are good, but that second semester laziness is hitting hard. Down from fapping once/day to once/week for two weeks, plan to eventually build to a month but progress is progress. Finally started reading, currently on Law 5 of The 48 Laws of Power

CONS

Diet is getting a little bit better but sugar intake is still way too high, gotta cut that down. Hobby development is slow, still spending a lot of time on videogames. Still need to start a journal

PROS

I went on a trip alone last week, to Pucon, which this time of the year is basically a party town for 16-26 y/o.. which was a complete success, I met alot of people and f-closed this really hot blonde the last day I was there who was quite a bit taller than me.

I haven't fapped in a week, I plan on continuing this streak and see how far I can go.

I am restarting my bulk, I plan to put on around 10/15 pounds before April.

CONS

Haven't been to the gym due to lack of money, I've been looking for a job in order to fix this.

Since I haven't been to the gym I lost weight.

Still have issues deriving my confidence from the girl I am currently seeing or if am fucking someone or not, need to stop looking for validation.

Haven't read a new book since reading; The Subtle Art Of Not Going A Fuck.

Observations

Realized I was getting oneitis for a girl I was seeing, after I fucked someone else I realized it was just a lack of abundance making me act like that.

-I'm gaining size and strength like crazy! My bulk is going really well -- pretty soon I won't be that tiny wiry mofo doing awkard pull-ups in the gym corner.

-Managed to sneak myself and friends into a crazy party using strategies I learned on TRP and a few other books. Although I didn't get laid or get a number, putting myself into a position where I can go to frat parties is fantastic! I'm hoping to pledge in fall.

-Got my book ready for publication with a solid query letter, all I have left is to start pitching.

-Moved past cold showers, into cold plunges and snow runs. I absolutely love the rush the cold gives me, and after practicing for the past few months, finally worked myself up to jumping into the freezing cold. I highly recommend it, not just for the confidence and willpower the cold builds, but the incredible rush that goes with it. Polar bears here I come!

-Didn't stand out at play auditions and other internship interviews as much as I could have. I'm going to prep more and crush my interview Saturday.

Cons

I got a speeding ticket
Dropped my last plate (I've been busy)
I ordered the wrong parts for my car and might be out $60 as a result
Still procrastinating working on a project for school. (Due in 5 weeks but it is large)

Pros

Weather is getting nicer; I hiked twice this week
No plate -> No excuse to skip the gym
Down 1.5lbs from last week (I'm cutting for summer)
I went out twice including catching up with old friends
Finished a project for grad school with top marks
Hired an attorney to fight my ticket

Observations This week started off poorly. I dropped my only plate and got a ticket on the same day. I generally don't struggle with depression but this got me more down than normal. I powered through it by keeping busy and reaching out to old friends. In the end it was a good week. I'm back on my feet and had a great time catching up.

I have 6 more weeks until school is done for the term and my schedule goes back to normal. I don't really want to be abstinent from sex this whole time so I'm trying to figure out how to resolve this. Logistically, spinning up new plates is hard and I'm reluctant to reopen previous plates. I might give Tinder another run, we will see.

Probably the biggest improvement has just been realizing that women are fucking me over in my personal life and career (see most recent comment on askreddit). For the past month I’ve been just ignoring their emotional shit when it’s brought to me and it’s made me a lot more stable and happy. That’s in large part thanks to this sub.

Have not broken my habit of going to the gym 6 days a week.

I am officially now known in my college faculty by most people. Some teachers as well.

I keep making progress in gym, I am able to lift more weight, I feel more powerful and with more energy.

Managed to do fine in gym, rugby, academics and got some job interviews for which I do not plan to accept but instead, I am using them as training for next year (I have done so many credits on my Junior Year that I will have tons of free time next year, so what better way to use it than to learn and generate income? I am preparing for that next year).

I have read 4 books in January. I was reading one book per week but this last one is longer and managed to read only 25% of it (should have finished it before 8th, but I will just make time to finish it and keep reading).

I have stopped just-reading TRP and made my first post.

I have commented on the Weekly Progress Thread before making myself a good meal before going working out.

Fitness 9/10

Been slightly sick.
Haven't been feeling strong this week but put in work.
Competition went good. 465kg powerlifiting total @81.8kg bodyweight.
165kg squat PR (in meet and fast)
Gained a bit more weight than ideal. need to decide whether to cut or bulk now.

Social 8/10

kind of weird week socially. more IOIs and status than ever before but haven't been feeling so sharp socially. Not talkative or expansive. May be because I'm riding an IOI high from last week. Because I felt really expansive/talkative last week.
For instance: One girl has been quite flirty despite me not being on my game at all this week.
Hard to rate this week socially because of that.

Education

Positives

I found GayLubeOil’s post about not starting with Starting Strength. I’ve decided to keep reading SS on my off days and do bodyweight fitness (3x per week) in the meantime. I’ve also started reading Becoming a Supple Leopard. The plan is to do this for about 3 months until I’ve saved up enough money for online SS personal training.

I almost drowned myself in alcohol on Sunday night, but after a few sips I decided that it tasted disgusting and wasn’t worth breaking Keto for.

Negatives

Positives

Keeping up with the gym.
Eating has been great recently. Upped my intake and eating clean and healthy.
Created a super study plan over the next week.
Reading a decent amount daily.
Making steady progress with hobby.
Went out earlier this week and had a great time. Extended my social circle, was attracting attention with my energy and banter with the group. Kino'd well that day (Improvement on last week), grabbing girls hands and taking them around the club, grabbing waists and dancing with girls, receiving free food and drinks from the girls in our group and also continued to field test the cheeky smile I mentioned last week. Didn't realise you could use it to both flirt and diffuse a potential confrontation, making a girl feel silly for getting angry at you and forcing her to enter your frame.

Negatives

Streaks of NoFap/Porn are only hitting 2 days max.
Dropped off of meditation
Despite the great time, I failed to N/K/F-Close any of the girls, mainly due to the inability to isolate them from their groups and escalate from flirty touches to kissing.

My focus for the coming week

Keep going gym.
Keep reading.
Keep working on hobby.
Carry on Kino'ing any girls I talk to.
Follow the study plan I made for myself.
Report on next weeks improvement thread.
Get back on with meditation.

P.s Guess I'm learning that it is far better to err on the side of boldness than not, especially when you get a decent amount of IOI's. Need to practice going with my gut instinct and stop second guessing myself. Also carry on writing out field reports on good interactions to break down where I went well and where I could use improvements.

Pros:

Went to Swing class workshop and registered for lessons. Danced with girls and working on developing abundance mentality and not give a fk attitude about mondaine things.

Best shape of my life

About to graduate AIT from the Army, and getting a portion of my 13k sign on bonus

No longer dependent on twitter and instagram for entertainment

gaming more females as practice (not fucking though, SHARP reports in the Army are a major no no)

Cons:

Tore something in my right knee, so I will be a hold over (Gym grind don't stop though, it's not even leg day)

made an enemy in my platoon, talks a lot of shit but is too weak to actually fight me

Still miss my old friends and home from time to time

PROS:

Back to my old fitness plan. Intense lift 3-4 times a week 3 sessions in the last 6 days.

Got a new and better job with a slight pay raise, leaving my old shitty workplace behind.

Caught up on all of my homework and study for the week. Thats a first!

Went on a date, and for the first time had to tell said chicky she wasn't my type.

Back to the calorie counting game. Lets see how long I can focuss on it.

No more caffiene.

Reconnecting with my family.

Cutting out lazy-bullshit time, that's reserved for after 10 p.m.

CONS:

Still semi-reliant on kratom. Tapering off that shit. Still addicted to nicotine.

Need to go up from 30 min workout to 45. Push harder.

REFLECTION: My obsessive mind set has taken a toll throughout my youth regarding drugs and time waste. Break away from the thought of doing the same thing over and over again. Find something new and get better. Obsesse over healthy things, and if it be unhealthy, give it thought before you act.

Week 2 Pros: - Listened through whole TRM, 1st book - Ordered TRM 3rd book, as I couldn't find it on audible - Got some Uni Work Done - First time realised IOIs and tried to use them a bit, which was slightly awkward, but good experience. - Been at the gym - Learning how to squat

Cons: - Nofap, it was cool for 5 days, thus this week I aim for atleast 7 !! - Didn't meditate too much , I don't like headspace as I don't like someone to tell me what to do, thus I'm doing it on my own - Didn't practice as much as I'd like - Wasted 3 days this week, and NO MORE!

To work on: - Find different pt job - Write bulking and studying plan, TODAY - Clean my room, as it reflects my mind - Meditate more - Work on some social skills - Listen through TRM 2nd book, until TRY 3rd book arrives - Listen through 48 Laws of Power

IMPROVING

1-My lifts at the gym have increased, I have been able to keep track of my lifts, repmaxes, reps, etc with FITNOTE app and also keeping track of my calories for bulking, feels great.

2-I am getting more organized, I have a planner where I track all of my academic goals for a better future. Try to not postpone shit, and clean my room every-single-day.

3-my tinder game is good, gottem too many plates, I had to lay low a couple of them, it is too much. I amjust focusing on 2 at the moment. Been going on to dates.

4-Keeping a daily finance spreadsheet in excel where I put all of my expenses for the day to accurately measure all my money pits and hopefully invest in something which gives me revenue someday.

HAVING PROBLEMS WITH

1-MY BIGGEST PROBLEM. My Game sucks, I am fairly awkward still and I am affraid to initiate the most basic of interactions at work, I still try to keep myself in my cocoon and spend my lunch at work alone (because I like it that way). I avoid social interactions, so far this is the hardest thing I must overcome, I still dont know how to approach this problem.

2-Meditation, it has been difficult to get on the habit, I live with a friend and I dont have a place to meditate. So I do meditate over the toilet but it is unconfy af. I need to stick to it. I still find it hard to concentrate, I have had FUCKROUNDITIS in regards to meditation for the last 4 years, I still havent been able to get on the habit.

3-I am still lazy for doing things at work, which could result in improving processes and getting power/recognition.

PROS:

consistently been lifting weights at home and staying on the Couch25K schedule even though i've been incredibly busy
moved to my new place from the apartment where me and ex used to live together
researched more about keto diet / health plans to combine weight loss with muscle gains
planning an amazing vacation, will meet up with some friends abroad and make some trips myself
didn't drink too much alcohol

CONS:

went bad on weed which gave me a lot of flashbacks to my previous relationship. major step back in getting over the ex. hadn't smoked for over a year, will now never smoke again.
didn't hit the gym, now that i moved to the city i will look around for gym memberships
still eating too much unhealthy shit, did drop another 0.5kg this week though
