Blue Pill's core problem with women is that they see women as equals. So when a woman starts bullshit as they often do, the Blue Pill man will respond by giving it fair consideration.

If a woman is being a stupid bitch and you treat her like an equal you are telling her that you are also a stupid bitch. This kind of behavior makes women uneasy and encourages further shit tests.

The best way to respond to a shit test is to distract her, feed her take her for a walk, pick her up. Just treat her like a small child. The more you engage with her bullshit the more she will belive her own bullshit.

Feeding your girl yogurt a teasing her for being a little hungry is a lot better for her and the relationship than arguing as equals for 30 minutes.

Learning to understand, recognise and handle shit tests correctly was a fundamental game changer for me when I first swallowed the Red Pill about 18 months or so ago. Some elements of TRP are somewhat self explanatory and allow you to see some positive results even if you don't fully understand why. But shit tests are something you have to fully understand in order to turn them to your advantage and improve your game.

Newbies should dedicate some time and thought to the process of trying to understand shit tests and actively trying to spot them in real life as they occur.

Then the next step is learning how to combat these covert probing attacks on your masculinity. It's actually quite simple, but not easy. Agree & Amplify is your best friend (use the search function). With practice, you will become a master at deflecting shit tests to the point where it becomes second nature and you don't consciously think about shit tests any more, you instinctively know what is happening and how to respond.

This will pay tremendous dividends in all your future sexual encounters and relationships. In terms of time invested and benefit gained, mastering shit tests is one of the best possible ways to drastically improve your game.

Reading about shit tests, here at the red pill, was a huge eye opener for me when it first came around. It was like trying to learn a language with no help or assistance then suddenly someone gives you an English to Womanese dictionary and the pieces fall together faster and faster.

I have grown to fucking love shit tests.

I'm pretty sure I failed every shit test I'd ever been given up until about 6 months ago. How I ever got laid I don't know.

I've been through a phase of understanding the shit test but not having the quick wit and presence to consistently defeat them. Sometimes stressful, but I'm almost out of that phase now. I've reached a point of amused self confidence that clearly shows in my body language and I'm now happy to just sit there with a shit eating grin on my face if I still can't think of a great counter.

Crucially the shit test stops being a scary threat to be defeated, and starts appearing as the girl giving you an opportunity to demonstrate your awesomeness. I love that. Their little attempts to break you become adorable, and actually can be quite flattering - she's doing it because she's thinking you're hot shit and has to see if you walk the walk as well as talk the talk.

Remember kids, if she's not punching you in the arm and telling you she hates you, you're not doing it right.
