If you're here on TRP trying to improve or learning to improve, get angry.

I don't mean throw shit around, start cursing and have a scowl on your face.

I mean get a chip on your shoulder. People have been overlooking you all your life. Girls have tried to play you for a fool. They've taken your money, left you high and dry, made you feel crazy and moved on like you weren't shit. You should be angry.

Everyday I wake up angry that I'm not where I want to be. It's not a normal type of anger. I can have a calm conversation and laugh at jokes and enjoy life. It's more of an underlying anger. An indignation. Something that says "you're a king. You should be doing XYZ, but instead you're just doing ABC."

It keeps me hungry. It's what makes me get off my ass to workout. It's why I wake up early everyday. It's why I work long hours and break my back trying to make my business work. Every time I feel like giving up, cutting my workout short, giving in to temptation I just visualize the things that hurt me most. The pain of my last break up. The pain of my most recent failures. The shit people talked. It fuels my soul. It makes me say "over my dead body will I ever allow that to ever happen again".

You can read all the theories, philosophies and strategies you want, but if you don't have some sort of driving force or some reason that makes you say "I'm going to change my life" then none of it will work. You'll go strong for a few days or weeks then regress back to what you once were.

If you've noticed, a lot of success stories are built on some level of pain or hurt or some turning point.

The classic story of the fat kid who loses 150 pounds and gets ripped ... They never tell you what was going through his mind right before he changed his life. They never tell you that something in him had to snap to say "I can't be this fucking fat anymore. I don't care how hard I have to workout, how much it's gonna hurt, how embarrassed I get... ANYTHING is better than where I'm at now."

If you've read the Art of War by Robert Greene you'll notice one of the strategies is to never cut off all an enemy's resources because desperation often inspires greatness. The 300 Spartans may have lost if they were up against 300 opponents but the odds were so stacked against them it brought out their very fucking best. That crazy desperate desire that says "I ain't got shit to lose and I'm in a corner" is an animal instinct that we all have that lets us fight with every ounce of energy we have without restraint.

Have you hit that point yet? Is your situation an emergency? Or is it just something you'd "like" to change one day? The answer to those questions will determine how successful you're gonna be at adhering to TRP strategy and improving your life. Get angry. Make up your mind that you've had ENOUGH. Yesterday was the last day you're gonna let yourself wallow in failure or beta misery and you're going to rise at all cost.

My brothers, once you obtain that hunger - no one can stop you.
