I'm speaking in a more general sense. In this particular case, it sounds like she's fabricating.
There is something called freezing behaviour or freezing response. Google it. And it "is observed to occur before or after a fight or flight response." Consider that someone is raping you, and they're big enough to really hurt you, maybe kill you. It is actually quite reasonable to stop fighting if you think that the rapist just wants sex and will leave. Especially if you're first raped as a child. Fighting back causes them to try harder to subdue you, potentially hurting you more. The rapist might say something like "if you scream I'll kill your parents." Do you really want to risk that?
Then once you learn this behaviour, it would take focused work to unlearn it.
Always question and verify the truth of the situation. Don't believe all women. Like I said, the woman in the OP sounds disingenuous.
I think this is kind of rare. But I'm explaining it because there seems to be too many guys here that have no idea that this is a thing.

I agree with that, but the problem is how to deal with such a person ?
I can understand that we shall punish the first(s) people that raped her and that we can assume there no sexual consent before a given age.
Now for other situations, it is very hard to distinguish between an individual that doesn't want it and does nothing because of his past or that has this way of coping with it and an individual that actual enjoy the situation or maybe doesn't care and agree with it but says nothing.
Also philosophically it could be said that convincing somebody is always bad, kind of you force/train them. But then any standard situation of love or sex relation could almost be expressed this way: you first convince the person, then you do it.
Let's remember on top that women love possible deniability and that they love to play games. So they will not always be clear.
About learned behavior, I think we would do everyone a much better service to teach womens or more generally victims to be clear and obvious they are not ok with what happening. Nowadays it seems you could be accused for no reason because she just rationalize it while she had given no clue when you were together.

I'm sure you also have had something that you didn't think you'd like or thought you'd hate only to end up really liking although this sort of thing can happen in any activity. I reckon it is possible although some may have had that kink all along. For example, vast majority of the women I've talked to in an intimate manner have disclosed that such a fantasy appeals to them however they care about consent and doing it with a partner rather than putting themselves in harms way.

It's a kink. There is a spectrum from gals that just want to make you work for it all the way over to deep seated desire to play it out to the fullest.
