One of my current plates has fake tits. It's actually the only girl I've ever met with them. She did it simply because growing up she had one boob significantly larger than the other and felt bad about it. I have no idea, I never saw the before but it bothered her to the point her parents chipped in for them.

I have to say they felt pretty much no different. I guess it was an expert job as she had to actually tell me they were fake. But her self esteem is pretty much standard, no way low at all.

I guess it's like men. All men at some stage (well, most) have worries that their dick is too small. But for your post, if the modifications are tasteful and low in quantity, it doesn't really reflect. A simple brow ring or nose piercing can add to an already good looking girl. It does bother me when some seriously hot girls I know just pierce everything. It's like they're wearing a face mask and yes it does usually mean ultra low self esteem. Which would be good if for whatever reason I thought extreme piercings attractive. I just don't.

Tattoos to me indicate class. Lots of visible tattoos to me indicate a pretty low-class girl most likely from a poor family and of course attitude. It's not a universal truth, but it's not often that's an incorrect assessment.

The one thing I can't stand is the spacing craze, sticking hoops through your ear lobes. I find it disgusting and wouldn't go near a girl with one. It just looks awful and really when they take it out and their ear lobes are all flopping about, it just really is offputting during sex. I want to see tits dangling when I'm doing a girl from behind, not ear lobes.

So in general, I would say on any girl, more than one piercing reduces attractiveness and does usually indicate lower self esteem. Are they easier? Well, possibly. I just don't find it attractive enough to want to find out.

As an aside, the metal community doesn't seem to have as many girls with piercings as the standard pop/techno club culture. Surprising, but there you have it. And I find pop girls far easier than metal chicks.

I know there was a gossip website that referred to them as "+2s" in the past, and that's basically it. It can give a girl a easy SMV boost, which is the draw. From experience, it is true that women have low self esteem if they decide to have breast augmentation. Also, I've found its something that less intelligent women choose.

Except post-childbirth. Women who've finished having babies and breastfeeding them do sometimes choose to put their tits back into their original place by means of surgery but don't do it for reasons of low self-esteem.

I ran Track & Field in high school and college, and was constantly surrounded by girls who could easily feature in any lingerie catalogue or high-end adult film from the ribs down. Yeah, to many, tattoos look fucking beautiful. I won't claim to have enough experience to speak fol an entire gender or group, so I can't say whether tatted girls are more or less easy, but I can say that the tatted girls I've dated were no different than any others, they just loved the look of ink.

I've got a large tattoo myself, and will be getting more. It has absolutely nothing to do with low self-esteem whatsoever, I just love the look and believe that the beauty of the art adds to my overall look.
