I pick up athletic hobbies that I find interesting and are useful or constructive. I do gymnastics and parkour and I take classes in BJJ and Judo at my university. Other than that I like to garden and cook. All these are things that I enjoy but they are also are practical or flashy/cool things to know.

Pick something you actually enjoy and become good at it. Being good at something you love is extremely attractive, even more so if its physical.

Tldr pick up your hobbies because of you, fuck everyone else. Your attractiveness can be demonstrated through your passion and ability for your hobby.

I've been playing drums my whole life and picked up guitar/singing a few years ago. Being a musician will always be an attraction builder, ALWAYS (except flute and instruments that are considered 'girly'). The classic acoustic guitar and singing combo is probably the most effective if you can do both decently.

This is pretty interesting, I'm always looking for new hobbies that attract women. So far I have: martial arts, lifting, playing guitar and singing, playing piano, speaking another language, salsa and other dancing, and being a military reservist. I want to get a motorcycle next.

I spin a fire staff. I'm not professional level but it still takes balls to light up in front of a crowd and do your thing.

I am now currently teaching myself piano as well. It is not as "sexy" as a fire staff but I do enjoy working the right side of my brain as I feel it's underused.

I find "hiking" works mostly as a SWPL activity for SWF. A full day hike can be made, or a two hour 3 miler can happen. It's flexible, and most girls will go along on a half day (unless she's one of those who have been ruined by the media and feels like she will be victimized alone in the woods kind of bullshit).
Sometimes it can get you a second date during/after a less hobby date "Yeah, this was fun, but I'm honestly a little bored, I'd rather be outdoors with nature, etc. You should go hiking with me, I know some great trails."
Somewhere along the way (especially if you know the trail), you can push yourself and her to go on that extra side trail, or take the long way back depending on her fitness level. Or cut a short trail to get out of it if you need to, if either one of you are bored, etc.
Unfortunately, camping rarely, if ever works for me. I've come across a lot of girls who say they do it, but it's usually the abridged version. They won't do a single overnight in a tent, unless shower facilities or an outhouse is nearby.
I will only go camping with mixed male/female as groups of friends, during the spring and summer; to allow a prospect to meet my core group. Although a little risky, so I will only do this if I feel like she'll stick around.
Camping is usually reserved for the bros.

Girls don't find lifting offputing if they did I wouldn't have had a bunch of female clients as a personal trainer. Basically, if you know what your doing girls will enjoy going to the gym with you. Just maintain frame and don't let them weasel out of any difficult exercises, unless they have a serious injury.

The other fun hobby that goes hand in hand with bodybuilding is cooking. I realy enjoy cooking with not for girls.

Finally there are study dates where you study for a solid four hours and then fuck at the end.

My dates basically revolve around my fitness and educational goals. The whole club thing is a colossal waste of time and money.

Do what you enjoy but stay away from letting hobbies consume your life. A few hours of video games a week is fine but 2+ hours a day is not RP.

My hobbies (besides lifting) include soccer and video games but I only allow 1-2 hours per week for each hobby.

Also, no need to hide a hobby. Own that shit.

I do things that I like, and I do them regardless if she likes them or not.

When I was younger in Boy Scouts (got my Eagle, and it helped me for the better), I would go camping and hiking almost every weekend. I'm trying to get back into that now because I miss it and it is a way for me to relax. Racquetball is something that I've picked up and college and I continue to do after my classwork. I am planning on learning Boxing or a Martial Art because it's something that I've always wanted to do but have been shy to pursue.

Gaming has always been sort of a hit or miss with women. Either it's something that they can join in on and like, or it is a time consumer and a waste.

There seems to be a pretty good gap in opinion here between "follow your dreams/don't base your life on sex" and "do lift, don't play video games, get pussy." And they're both right, the answer is (as always) in the middle.

Any hobby can get women. My long time friend's older brother is apparently a phenomenal fantasy writer and runs a lot of Dungeons & Dragons campaigns as he did throughout college. You better fucking believe he got women directly because of this hobby, though the quality/quantity might be a little different than the average red-piller is looking for.

For me personally, DJing/producing EDM has been my most lucrative, as others have already pointed out the absurd return on investment in anything music related. Others like soccer, badminton, Krav Maga, programming, writing, and dancing have, for me, only been a plus or at least a non-factor with just about every girl I've been with.

Full disclaimer, most women weren't really interested in most or even any of my hobbies, they often feigned interest at best. So yeah, might as well do what you like. Just be mindful of how women will perceive it and you - if you need a game boost, go with active (sports, lifting, camping, hiking) or music over something niche like building model airplanes.

A younger cousin of mine in college took an interest in feminism (to the point of taking women's studies as a minor) and the HBO show Girls to try and make himself more attractive to women. He's turned into an incredible candidate for the friendzone, and nothing else.

When they're interested in you, women will try and learn about your hobby to some extent. I've had dates willingly go with me to hockey or baseball games or hang out at home to watch playoff games, when they never had the slightest interest in sports otherwise.
