You can't. What people are suggesting are decent strategies to minimizes your chances, but ultimately, you cannot protect yourself from BEING ACCUSED. Anyone can accuse anyone of anything at any time. Now, in any other realm of the law regarding any other matter, the burden is on the accuser to prove the guilt of the accused, and if the accuser has nothing, the judge laughs.

You cannot control how the police, judge, jury, etc will behave. You cannot stop a woman from accusing you of anything. False rape accusations is a huge problem because the one thing no one is willing to do, be it government, police, or media, is raise the burden of proof required for conviction.

You can text her the day after (common strategy, very low effort and the jury is out on its effectiveness, as I have never heard of it actually helping, but it seems like it should. It is, however, not exoneration because she can claim any number of things from "I was scared he was going to hurt me" or "I didn't remember the sex because I was so drunk" or if she has already planned her sociopathic plan, she will just not respond or respond to fit the character she wants to play.

I think the video survelliance is a good idea - though I know in some states it is not acceptable evidence unless she was aware of it and consented. I personally have an audio recorder on my phone that is on decent quality and pretty subtle. I do not activate it during all sexual encounters and I am in a LTR now so I don't use it, but I used to religiously use it on ONS from girls who I thought there would be this type of shit. Like if I had to run a lot of game or do a lot of LMR work, I flipped the red button on my app. Then I just chat a little, verbalizing what I'm doing a little. For example you are making out and caressing her, so you tell her what you're going to do to her and she is clearly into it.

I had no idea if push came to shove this would actually help me (and I still don't know). I live in one of the most betafied cities in the US and I know some white knights would love to convict my ass for getting some pussy. So my best advice is to use this as a deterrent - if she does threaten you or you hear a rumor she is thinking about it, you tell her you have proof it was consentual and everyone will know from the audio. The recording idea has merit. There are several specific things you should do to make consent undeniable though.

First, do not have sex with someone who is intoxicated. They legally cannot give consent.

Second, completely withdraw the moment you hear a no or a stop. Complete cold shoulder withdrawal. If she wants to continue after that do so only at her invitation. Otherwise never see her again.

Condoms. Every single time use a condom. Dispose of it yourself. Do not ejaculate anywhere but inside the condom especially if this the first time you're having sex with this particular woman.

If possible have a threesome (or foursome or more) more often than not. Multiple witnesses help, especially if women outnumber men to a degree where you physically overpowering the women is less and less likely. This way even if you are accused there are multiple stories and the stories must match for the accusation to stick. Seriously, every time you hear of these false cases more often than not it is the word of one person vs the discredited word of the accused. More witnesses makes it better, especially if you're also recording.

No BDSM or rough stuff that can leave bruises or bite marks. That can be construed as evidence against consent.

Me, I have a plan of several steps: 1) I now live in Ecuador. Culture here is much more "traditional", they don't get to have lots of false rape accusations here. 2) I have multiple hidden cameras and audio recorders in my bedroom. I record the action, and keep those records. 3) I tease the woman I am with, a lot. we all need to understand that there are risks and consequences for our actions, so don't take the risk if you don't want to deal with the consequences. isn't that what we tell women? it's sound advice, so we should employ it as well.

in my opinion, the best thing you can do is choose to associate with quality, sane women and don't have sex with a woman who you don't know very well if she's on any kind of drug. just don't take the damned risk like an idiot, and you will have a much higher chance of avoiding the consequences.

I'd just like to say that at least where I live false rape accusations are rare and even if they do happen they don't get anywhere because you need strong evidence to charge someone with rape. It really isn't as commonplace as people may think.

The fact that you are terrified is the problem. Don't present yourself as a victim, and you won't be treated as one.

Don't go after the type of women that aren't sexually confident. If you use whatever slimeball tactics you guys use to pressure a woman into sex, you'll end up with consequences.

I've never had issues with women claiming any sort of foul, and I routinely slept with women on the first date. I was simply honest about my intentions from the start. Oddly enough, sometimes if you treat a woman like a human being, they act like one in return.

Build attraction to the point she can't stand it. You don't need alcohol or durgs and keep her sober while you attract her (yes it takes balls, which is why it works so well). All you have to do is realize that flirting, cocky & funny and directing the frame will make her chase you.
