I think the only way to definitively prevent false rape accusations is to always rape. That way all rape allegations will be true, so it would be impossible for anyone to make a false rape accusation. I hope that helps.

I have rarely have night stands. I have always slept with a girl at least once or twice after. For the times I haven't I have always kept in touch and maintained a friendly vibe.

Don't sweat it, rape accusations are rare. But for peace of mind, have a voice recorder with you, theyre very cheap and can record for hours. A guy in UK was accused of rape but recorded it, when the judge heard her moaning with pleasure he threw the case out and fined the bitch.

I record most of my conversations and save them as MP3s, then I archive them in file with her name on it. This sounds insane, but I mostly game married women, and the number one reason women lie about rape is to justify a fling to their herbling husbands. So I'm in the danger zone and I have to be extra cautious.

IANAL, but what I think it really comes down to is if a judge, jury or detective will side with you or the girl. You have your side of the events. She has her side of the events. Anything that backs up your side of the events is a good thing for you. Anything that lays doubt or disproves her side of the events is a good thing for you.

What will help her is painting you in a negative light. What will help you is painting yourself in a positive light. Whatever helps a judge/jury/detective side with you will help you.

So I started really thinking about this, and it's pretty clear about what strategy should be used. Any of us can defend ourselves after the fact. What's important is what you could have done leading up to the point that you're the defendant in a court of law. You need evidence. Visual evidence: photos, videos, etc. Audio evidence: audio recordings, audio from a video. Or any third party verifiable evidence: a restaurant receipt, a friend's testimony, etc.

Let's break it down into 3 time periods. Before sex session, during sex session, after sex session. I believe that the brunt of the evidence will lie before the sex session and during the sex session.

Dash cam - Records car conversations, and the front of your vehicle. If you park facing where you will be walking, it will record both of you walking in/out of your car. Or you could park your car in a way that your dash would capture your front door. Either way, I think this is one of the most important things you could do, as it will clearly record audio, and it's normal to have. If you use your car to go to and from where you pull the girl from, it will in some form invalidate anything that you did at the event. If she says that you were doing something bad at the event, and you pull out dash cam footage of both of you walking to and from your car perfectly happy and fine, then talking normally in your car, it's going to be hard to convince someone that you were bad during the event, and impossible to convince someone that you were bad to her in the car.
Front door outside cam, backyard outside cam, front door inside cam, back door entrance cam. These entrance cams can invalidate her saying any crazy things like "we were fighting outside" "he dragged me in", general crazy shit like this. It will show two calm people walking in, and her calmly leaving the house.
Living room nanny cam, bedroom nanny cam, other room nanny cam. This can record things close to the sexual action or even the sexual action itself. Yes it may be illegal to record both of you having bedroom fun, but the question is: would you rather go to jail for a month for illegal wire-tapping or for years and be on the sex offender registry ruining your life?
The brunt of the matter is if there was consensual sex. So having footage or audio recording of the sex would be of major help to you. If you think about it, the girl is going to make up some shit to save face or cover herself somehow. So your defence will be having a stronger story than her, or poking holes into her story. Obviously she will have to contort the reality of what happened in the bedroom to satisfy the rape requirement. You'll have to assume that her police report will match her testimony (unlike some women that change their story from time to time); assume she's a worthy legal adversary. All you have to do is disprove what happened. You could either have a nanny cam recording your bed or a voice recorder recording your bedroom. It's going to be very hard for her to convince people that you raped her before hand, and then she proceeded to have consensual sex with you. Furthermore, if you have an exit/entry cam at your front door, it will corroborate your story that she had consensual sex and left perfectly fine 10 minutes after sex finished; this way she won't be able to say that you raped her afterwards.
Take a picture of yourselves having a good time
Ask someone to take a picture of both of you having a good time. At the bar. Taxi driver takes your picture.

Clever things that I thought of:

Get one of those disposable cameras and make fun of how old it is. You've had it lying around, or just got it as a present. "Hey, let's check if this thing works!" "How the hell does this thing work?" "Let's see if it works on us!". Since it's not a phone, I think she'll have an easier time being in front of the camera, because it's not easy to get those pictures to facebook like it is with the touch of a button on your phone. You could just say: "I'll have no need for this thing, I'll just throw it out later/when we're done with it. You could also say "let's take a picture with my phone, one that I can actually keep" implying that you'll throw the disposable out because it costs too much to develop them / too much hassle to get them developed / quality is crap.
If you're at a restaurant with her, and you get your bill, ask for a pen. Write something cute on the receipt, and have her write something cute back. "I love your smile, and you're fun" and sign your name or "Greg the charmer", then pass it to her and ask her to write something about you. Obviously you'll be charming and she's going to write something like "you're super fun cutie!" and write her name or "Gina the pretty". You could always say "I'm going to need this if we ever get married, so we can keep it forever", and up the humor "I'm gonna frame it and put it above my bed". There are a million ways to get this going in a fun way.
While you're not concentrating on her, text one of your good buds that you've filled in before hand to call you. Walk away from your phone, your phone will ring on cue, and ask her to take it and see who it is. Tons of ways to make this fun as well. "Answer it :D, let's freak him out, I bet he will never expect you to pick up the phone" "say you're my secretary and I'm in a presedential meeting at the moment". Now your good bud can be called up to testify on her tone, mood, etc. He'll get up there and say "she was in a good mood, happy, laughing". And there is evidence of this phone call, it can easily be looked up and will look like: 212 412 1412 -> 212 423 2313 1:34. This would probably work if you just called him yourself and she never talked to him, but don't go down that slippery lawless slope, it's probably not worth it.
Another phone one would be to call up a friend, talk to him, then somehow get her to talk to him even for a little bit like 5 seconds. It achieves the same result. Lots of ways to do this.
Text your buddies at times throughout the night commenting on what/when/where/who/why "At blah restaurant with Gina, she's laughing pretty hard, think we got some chemistry, she seems to like me". Now you have something to corroborate your story. She's going to have to go to hell and back to prove that you sent fake messages, or ones that are not truthful. The judge will see your police report. Your timeline and etc. will be confirmed by the text messages.
If you have neighboors or a roommate, have them stop by and say hi. After the sex would be preferable. Now you have a third party that can verify how she was when they saw her. You can follow up with a text message to yoru neighboor or roommate to solidify everything. "She was smiling a lot huh, I think she really likes me! Does it look like she had a good time? Or does she look tired from the sex?? :D" to get a response like "I guess she was happy lol. Good job!". Once again, endless possibilities on how to do this.
If you live in a condo, escort her out and talk to concierge on the way out. Chat that concierge up while she waits for a taxi. Get her to participate in the convo too. Now the concierge can back you up as a witness. "Was she fine exiting the building?" "Yes, it looked like she had a good time, she was smiling and talking to me just fine."

I'm not an expert, but unless she has some hard evidence that you raped her, it's your word against hers. If it goes to trial, it's your word against hers. This stuff will always help you. If it doesn't go to trial, it will get you off the hook sooner.

You just have to look at what the evidence will imply. A receipt for filling up gas? That means you had to leave your car and pay at the till, leaving her alone and giving her a chance to escape you. She didn't escape. Now she can't claim that you held her hostage in your car.

All of this is in addition to general things like: don't corner her into a situation where she will have to cry rape to save face. Don't tell everyone about it. Don't tell her boyfriend. Etc.

The most complete defence is probably to be aware of personality disorders and how to identify them. BPD is the worst for false rape but they are hard to spot over a short time period. There is no way she can hide the crazy over a longer period though.

Realistically, false rape accusations are incredibly rare and incredibly hard to prosecute. But still, if you do fall into incredible odds, the accusation alone is enough to ruin your good name.

Personally, I live my life not even worried about it, and plenty of other men do as well. The key is, not hooking up with the type of chicks who tend to lack any agency (or emotionally unstable girls in general). Also, don't give them a reason to falsely cry rape. False rape accusations are usually because she's trying to cover up looking like a slut. For instance, if you treat her like absolute shit after she fucks you, she may cry rape. If you publicly humiliate her, she may cry rape. If you start bragging about it to everyone (usually in a negative light) she may cray rape. If you record it and leak the video, she may cry rape.

In your case of a girl cheating on her BF, they rarely cry rape, but it does happen, though it never sticks in court. Just to cover your ass in that case, save all the texts and make sure others know of you two and can verify that she was into you. I dunno. Again, I try not to hook up with taken women. But when I have, it's usually a fling and our group of friends don't know each other, so no one ever finds out, so she doesn't have to defend herself or save face.
