Picking up on indicators of interest (IOI) is the primary calibration you should be aware of when opening or gaming a woman.
If you're oblivious, you're stepping on your own dick both coming and going....
If she IS throwing ioi's and you miss them, then she'll quickly assume you're either socially retarded or just not interested... so, she's gone.
If she does NOT send any ioi's your way and you continue trying to game her... you're a creep who can't take the hint that she's not interested. Again, gone.
That's why spectrum guys have such trouble... they don't have the skillset to subconsciously "read" other people. So the road is long and treacherous. Same thing with different cultures/languages... the nonverbal cues can be hard to pick up.
Google has pages and pages of IOI's if you need to bone up.
Game comes from within your own frame. It's intrinsic. Everybody has some basic level. But you can learn, you can get better, to do that, however, you need a calibration tool.
That calibrator is reading IOI's.
Women are not overt communicators. They won't come out and tell you your approach was stupid, or hilarious, or turned them on so much they were leaving a trail like a slug back to your place.
Overt communication only appears when she's exhausted all of the covert/bodylanguage/nonverbal cues at her disposal and you still don't get the hint. This is a bad thing. You're doing it wrong and missing a huge amount of subtextual communication if you force a woman to talk like a man.
So, reading her "signs", both positive and negative, need to become your meter of when to push on or back off or duck and cover because the pepperspray is coming out.
So, her responses are part of the game, but it's reactionary to your leading moves.
It's your job to put it out there, but it's also your job to read the environment and roll it back in if need be.
That's also why you can't get good unless you do many approaches... a sample size of 3 women have way too many variables to analyze and critique. (maybe all three just got out of a rape support group meeting and hate men, for example - does that mean your strategy is wrong if these three all start screaming?. No.) You need to increase your demographic so your sample becomes representative of the general population.
To have a well functioning calibration tool you must use it frequently.
You'll also find the more you tune your calibration tool the more your other tool gets used.
I do want to stress the idea of leading/ being aggressive/ on the offense, though.
Like a chess match.
Your job is to try get all her pieces off.
So you take the lead. You make a move, see how she responds, then use that info to make another move.
You attack, she reacts.
Use your tools.
