I dropped the MMORPG that sucked the life out of me as means to escaping and decided to grind a real life skill in my way towards financial independence. I also started bodyweight fitness at home because I'm still an intimidated pussy who cannot drag his ass to the gym.

This might sound laughable, but I went to a club for the first time in years (I'm 24). I went solo because I still have literally no friends whatsoever.

I tried to get a feel for the place and I was simply enjoying myself, I picked up some hints of female attention (girls kept eye contact for longer than necessary, moved closer to me on the (almost empty) dancefloor), but since I have literally no clue on what to say to girls who might be interested nothing came of these situations. Still, baby steps, and considering today marks the two day "anniversary" of my suicide attempt I feel a bit proud.

Next up is fixing my hurting back and finally learn how to approach girls. Gonna be at the gym and the club as much as I can the next days.

Good: All my lifts went up quite a bit this week, made a list of things i have been putting off and knocked every single thing off the list yesterday.

Bad: inconsistency with my meditation, sleep, corrective stretching. Also had a massive porn fapathon this morning instead of hanging sheetrock in my bathroom. Now to shut off the computer man up and remodel my bathroom.

Bad things:

Successful first week of the reorganization.....of no longer working from my apartment. Definitely more productive for work, and home now feels much more like home. I haven't approached yet, but I really needed to get the ball rolling for work.....at least one woman placed herself right in my line of sight while working. I have 2 screens, mini keyboard, and often one of my screens is filled with code.....honestly chicks dig it, because code == money.

My shoulder has been jacked up....slacked on exercise....todays run went poorly....need to step that up.

At the end of the day, I feel fine about dropping judo and dancing...at the end of the day it's all about running & lifting.....then getting out into meat space and making a lot of eye contact. Everything else is masturbation. But women around here dig the hiking/climbing/backpacking thing....hiking with a group of gals Monday. I only know one of them....working on a PhD in geology. She rocks. And no, that wasn't a gneiss joke.

Still need to work on the mobile diet, and devote more time to studies. I think I have work talked into tuition reimbursement for undergrad classes, even though I have a degree. Take one math class, a "human performance & sport" class.....kills the interest on my student loans so I can pay them faster, increases my value at work, gets me onto campus with 25,000 college girls, along with the light rail pass to get there.

Life is good.

Finally checking in. I've lost 10lbs now doing 16/8 intermittent fasting for the last 2 months. That's it. I just eat less frequently and hold off until the feeding window. My stomach has shrank considerably and I'm losing bulk from all over, to include being down 2 full pants sizes because if it.

Good Things:

Took a deload week to recover from lifting.
Resolved my PIED. Officially checked in my v-card.
Found a new industry I might get into. I've been wanting to get out of my current line of work. Currently researching this new one.
Deleted Telegram and Reddit from my phone. As a result, I've spent more time reading lately.
Halfway through Models and Way of the Superior Man.
Found a lot of fitness information that will be useful once I finish deload week.

Bad Things:

Been inconsistent with GTD, so I haven't been as productive as I could have been.
My bulk has been excessive and recently getting especially sloppy.
My sleep has been inconsistent. I need to get more sleep more often.

I finally admitted that I've gone too far when it comes to dieting and this made me a washed up meathead. Using testosterone and shit made my single digit bodyfat sustainable but that's just wrong. CNS, joints, recovery, everything is hell besides muscle gains. I have the opposite problem many people have - I want to gain fat. But the eating disorder is real.

Introducing cheat meals one day at a time. Prolly up to 3 cheats a week. Don't let dietary strictness push you too far. Going down to a ripped 6 pack is NOT optimal.

Good: Went on 2 dates in 1 day. Told 1 I wasn't interested after about 30 minutes and left. I just weighed whether I suffer through the date or just end it there. I guess I could have made up an excuse and left to save her some dignity. But it didnt cross my mind. It was new to me to end a date much earlier than expected. Continued to decrease social media activity. Removed more pictures from Instagram. Noticed I'm more productive. Just got the book No More Mr Nice Guy. Time to start reading.

Bad: Had a fun time with the second date, she said she did too. She said she would text me. Now I want to text her. I'm emotionally invested..... I did end up texting her. "Had a fun night, I think you said you had some plans this weekend, let me know what day you're free and we can do something." At least I'm aware that I got emotionally invested. I'm human. Time to just continue on with other things. I have two other girls in my sight as well, so I'm not too concerned. And busy with lifting for a bodybuilding show coming up.

Improved: Feeling more confident in clinical work every day. Performing well and getting faster, smoother, more efficient, stronger frame.

Closer to Goals: Lifted on schedule, more weight and/or reps than last week.

Fails: Wasted an hour edging while putting off working on an assignment. NoFap is hard.

Success: My BJJ professor chose me to demonstrate flying armbars the other night, and complimented my technique after class (I'm just a white belt, and this is a fairly advanced move). My classmate complimented the vascularity of my arms, if he noticed no doubt the girls are too.

Saw a doctor for my anxiety/depression issues
Exercised everyday alternating between bodyweight exercises and cardio (don't have access to a gym right now). Feel really awesome after a run which helps with depression
Talked to 5 strangers
Ate at maintenance and mostly healthy foods.
Took Vitamin D3 supplement everyday since I don't get much sunlight and a deficiency in it might be a cause of my anxiety/depression/low testosterone.

x Failed a bit with the studying since I seem to lack focus, and my mood is pretty unstable right now since I need to get a grip on my emotional issues.

Only Masturbated 2x this week.

x Inconsistent with reading everyday. Haven't read something new in a long time. I did finish "The Power of Positive Thinking" this week and it has helped me a lot in getting out of a downward spiral and gaining momentum.

Meditate for 30 minutes everyday after working out.

x Sleep is a major issue for me right now. The SSRI that I am on is probably causing insomnia. Will bring this up with my doctor. Even Xanax isn't helping me sleep anymore at night. I can't sleep for more than 5 hours and the sleep isn't really relaxing, my mind is pretty restless.

My focus for the next week is to work on improving my sleep, eating more vegetables, fish and nuts, joining a gym, ordering ZMA, running longer/faster, studying daily, starting to volunteer, taking classes for courses I have to finish for university. Finally, I'm going to see a psychiatrist since I'm seeing a family practitioner right now and I'm not satisfied with him.

Good: DGAF mindset and work mindset is improving. Gym time is starting to show, have slowly stopped giving a shit about what other people there think (its a small gym, tight space and few people).

Making conscious positive diet decisions. Could be more calculating in my intake, but cutting more shitty food and unhealthy sugar intake. Making sure to get my protein when I wouldn't even think about it a while ago.

Becoming more socially aware. My mental improvement has shown whether conversing with women or men. My social anxiety has been dying down due to my conscious mindset change. Have received IOIs that I don't believe I was getting before, while it could be placebo by an increased attention to it I believe my improved poise, appearance, and manner of functioning is contributing. Unfortunately they were mostly at work and I need to be careful there. Cute girls, but bad situation, abundance mentality needed here.

Bad: Need to hit the gym more. That can be easily rectified due to the fact that I clearly get fulfillment from it, and feel good after every visit. Not even going to consider skipping tomorrow.

I'm not taking the opportunities I have because I'm making excuses to myself. Specifically, I'm away from school and from my home base during school, meaning my degree and career opportunities which are supposed to be my Mission are currently on pause. I'm working too little a dead-end job for cheap since I still have poor employment eligibility especially in the current situation. I'm letting it get to me and I admit it. Next step is to work on that issue and do what I can to advance my Mission and increase my rate of self-improvement.

Played too many video games recently. I'm not the type to think they are the devil, but I wasted way too many hours. I enjoyed them but I need a balance, I managed to burn myself out on the one I was playing which is a poor sign as to how much I was grinding it out and wasting time but a good sign in that my "hook" on it is reduced.

All in all I'm noticing a lot of improvement from when I started my journey not so long ago, despite continual issues. I will start posting on this thread regularly instead of whenever I feel like it in order to, as recommended, hold myself accountable. There is no excuse to stop improving.

Good:

I've been able to stay away from video games for 5 weeks now ... This is the longest I've gone without playing since I can remember.

I have so much extra time now that I've replaced video games with skills acquisition. Specifically, I'm taking an online web developer bootcamp to learn JavaScript programming. I'd like to eventually use this knowledge to create a SaaS product, so this is my main focus outside of work.

I have also been consistent in creating long-form blog posts on the industry I'd like to create the SaaS product in.

Bad:

I missed an entire week at the gym after going 6 days a week consistently for 5 weeks ... Feels super shitty. I just couldn't wake up at 4:30 without an issue like I was able to in previous weeks. If I don't go in the morning I'm screwed because of my afternoon and evening responsibilities.

I've also had some approach anxiety this week. Dunno why — just feeling off. I've still been talking to people but I haven't been approaching girls with the intention to bang.

Weekly Goals:

Finish current blog post to publish on Sunday
Finish a section a day of this web developer bootcamp I'm doing
Start being consistent with my workouts again starting Sunday. Gonna do some bodyweight training and stretches today to prep for that.

Adjusted my keto cut to now include intermittent fasting, today is day 3. Also began counting fat and protein intake. Shooting for 120-150 grams of protein a day and 60-75 grams of fat a day. I believe I was slightly under on protein and way over on fat in the past few months I have been on keto, which is why I wasn't seeing significant results(I've only lost 5 kilo and I have been at it since April, although I started with carb nite and only recently switched to just keto maybe 5 or 6 weeks ago).

Not much time for this category but I have been trying to be especially chatty with everyone lately. Hoping to see this tinder girl I have been chatting with sooner rather than later. will update on that i suppose

All in all, quite focused on school. Made a resume and started aplying for jobs even though I have no real work experience, but hopefully I will find something. Maybe I will add a section to my WIPT posts.

One thing worth noting, I was having trouble falling asleep so I have been experimenting with setting my alarm and going no-screens for a good period of time before bed. Been working well. Anyone who knows me knows I am quite into the low-dopamine lifestyle stuff(at least striving for it overtime, cold turkey is a bit intense for all of our high dopamine endeavors), so I think that is definitely a step in the right direction.

For anyone with no idea what I am talking about with the dopamine stuff, I highly recommend moving your mouse over to the search bar, typing in "dopamine", clicking the box that limits your search to TRP, and reading all the posts(at least from EC's).

Good:

-Got a solid career path sorted with solid backup plans.

-Got two different jobs and making steps towards moving out of my mum's house for the third time. Hope I won't go broke again this time.

-Been getting into a consistent exercise regime. No gym since there isn't one anywhere near where I live, but for now I'm just doing burpees and jumping jacks and the like for forty minutes a day. It's something.

-Been practicing day game to horse girls in local horse jumping and dressage events. Gotten a few numbers as well. Go me. One of the perks of living rural, I guess.

-Been getting better at singing and guitar playing. My guitar playing skills are pretty solid (I've been playing for a bit over ten years) and I've got a deep, smokey voice suited to acoustic ballads and all that panty-wetting shit, but I'm still struggling to hit the notes I aim for, but hey, practice makes perfect.

Bad:

-Video games and the internet and still my babies. Shooting pixels is just as fun and time-wasting as it's always been.

-Still don't earn much money even though I'm working 60 hours a week. But at least I'll look back on this in the future and be thankful for whatever job I'll have ten or twenty years down the track.

-Pussied out in getting a coworker's number in the part-time job I only work one day a week at. Maybe it's for the better.

-Remember how I mentioned what I've been doing with day game? None of the chicks I got numbers from want to bother speaking to me again. One of the three numbers I've gotten over the past month was a bogus number that redirected me to a support service for disabled people. Hahahaha... Horse girls are fuckin' crazy, man.

Now, i plan to make a social circle but in order for me to do that i have to improve my social skills again. I will be meeting five new people a day until i get a social circle going. Im not too worried about numbers or getting laid right now. Ive had my fair share of pussy. Its nice and all, but I want to actually have cool friends to hangout with, so im going to focus on achieving that. Im improving by going out during the day tocafes and go to local shows at night by myself and try to make some friends.

First time posting here, I've been reading for a little while.

Positives:

The past 1,5 weeks I've picked up a girl at the gym, gone on dates with her and fucked several times. I dared to be more up front and limited mobile communication to setting up dates. It's been a long while since the last girl, and I'm proud of this.
Moved to a new city to prusue my (almost finished) law degree. I've already landed a job at a law firm in this city and will start when I'm done with school.
Since I moved here two days ago I've hit the gym twice and stuck to my paleo diet throughout the moving process. I pretty much got workout and diet down perfectly now, my body is as good as it needs to be.
I now live in a shared apartment with 4 other guys. I've established a good position for myself in the group and have banned their weed-smoking from the apartment. I've cleaned and organized my room and have started doing the same to the common areas. My plan is to gain enough respect with the guys here to maintain an orderly and respectable apartment. Hopefully I can inspire them, too.

Negatives:

I honestly got too attached to the girl, and missed her when I moved away. This feels pretty bad and makes it harder to start anew in this city. I feel ashamed for this.
I could have talked to more people here than I've done. I've approached some people at the gym, but have let other opportunities go because of approach anxiety.

Plan for this week:

Establish a routine involving my studies and workout.
Try to gain new friends and land at least one date.
Increase my influence with my flat-mates.

Any tips are appreciated.

The good:

I'm trying to create a nutritional stack with Omega3s, 70g of protein, Multivitamin powder, Creatine. I'm going to cook it into some sort of waffle which can be consumed once in the morning and nutritional needs can be met without any fuss or mess with a milkshake or seventeen snacks all spaced out during the day. If not baked into the waffle directly, maybe a small bottle could be filled with the combined powders were mixed with water. Otherwise, I'll just mix it into some nutella or hazelnut PB2 and spread that onto a piece of toast that can folded and vacuum sealed, and I can take that shit camping/traveling/to school, it'll be super easy to get nutrition, plus it'll taste sweet.
Otherwise, I'm finalizing my entry into the army reserves as an officer part time with uni. I'm hoping it'll force me down the path to peak fitness while I'm still young. I hear being an officer is just paperwork though, so maybe I'll find it crappy.
Also, I'm looking to buy a 3D printer for various reasons, though I'm broke. Maybe the army will help me with that problem financially.
This executive at a high-end residence for the elderly took a liking to me after I stroked his ego by asking him good questions and telling him I too am doing military service, as he was years back. Maybe I'll ask him to work or do some small contracts at the building. Maybe I can move up to working at the ritz-carlton in my city with the executive and many others (I volunteer a lot, very culturally/socially involved) as my references and then maybe I can do even more networking with high-end people.
I've noticed that my social capabilities are being hampered by my poor physique. I get told that I look skinny, but I feel like I'm more skinnyfat, when in reality I should be muscular, as our masculinity has destined us to be. To attain success, I need to be in top shape, not only to feel light on my feet and enjoy life much more, but to show that I am high value. And yeah, I feel like my potential is being ruined by my unwillingness to work out. Hence the point of forcing myself to do so in preparation of boot camp, or be ravaged at boot camp and forced to do so. I'll kill myself before I ever quit anything, I'll suffer at boot camp before ever quitting.
I'm gonna get this mole removed from my forehead. I'm hoping this will continue the chain of changes that will help me attain the body I want. I'll be doing it in august, hopefully insurance can give me back the 150$. I'll look into what my insurance can cover as well by calling them up and milking the fuck out of them to follow up the mole removal with lasik with the most expensive ophtalmologist I can find (they cover 100% of the cost). Maybe I'll milk the military insurance too, I hear they give free dental cleaning so hey why not.

I'll do AI (apparently Montreal will be the worldwide hub of AI with all the billions pouring in), Marine and Life sciences (including land, air animals/creatures, this one obviously still needs refining), Cyber security (particularly social engineering) and 3D Printing & Nanotechnology
I set up this system where I "die" every year in order to get me to experience death often forcing me to live life to the fullest. If you think that's odd, just imagine what I think lol.
I'm getting baptized soon hopefully. Maybe I'll use my baptism as a way to do that ritual I was talking about, my first "death" in order to be reborn! gosh hahaha

I've been cultivating different social groups of friends, as should be. I want to have high-value friends in all walks of life, lawyers, engineers of all kinds, entrepreneurs, club owners, managers in all places. Bro this is how value is made! and shared too
I'm reading a lot, but not as much as I could be. I've learned that reading is the fastest way to acquire knowledge.

It's as if my whole life is revolving around this potential army job, and for all I know I'm still not accepted yet, I'm waiting on the acceptance letter. But I think I got accepted. But who knows.

The bad:

I feel like I'm stretching myself out too thin. I feel like I have this massive ball of energy within me but I just let it go to waste through stress (hence the L-theanine, hopefully that can help) and through hesitation, I feel like I could be making massive progress if I weren't bothered by school.
I have no desire to clean my room. I always get my mom to do it, I'm a fucking loser. Maybe the military will whoop me into that type of discipline, I hear they force you to make your bed. Or I'll get a floor-vacuuming robot, but that costs money, the latter of which can also be fixed by the military lol.
I'm not studying my flashcards. I did so for one day, then teetered off and forgot about it.
I'm supposed to be jerking off every 7 days to maximize testosterone, but I can barely make it past day 2.
I'm supposed to give back my v-card before my 19th birthday which is in about 80 days. I figure I'll lose my virginity to a hot prostitute (with condom obviously) to start off my trail of conquest on a good start. But I don't want to spend 180$ on something that will only last an hour.
I should be muscular, I walk in the streets with self hatred that isn't warranted, muscles are cells that grow due to resistance training, it's determinism. Do this and X will happen. If I lift I will be muscular, alphas aren't special butterflies, it's a matter of doing what they do.

It feels good to let it out!!! But I should probably do this on a throwaway.
