My question is how do I retain my personality while taking TRP and change myself into a better person?

The only way out is through.

As you start to deprogram from societies lies, you will be pissed and cynical at first. You will be upset. It will show.

When you finally are through with it and accept that life is life, the cynicism and anger will go down, you'll go back to being a happy person.

But if you give up and are stuck half way... well you can't unlearn what you know. It will be a splinter in your mind always nagging at you.

This is something to struggle with, let me let you in on something I've read before.

This guy was talking to his grandfather and his grandfather gave him the best advice with women he has ever had.

You marry a good wife, you will live a happy man, you marry a bad wife, you will become a philosopher.

One of the major problems in finding the truth behind people (way they act, what they do) will make you dislike them because well, you grew up in a world of beautiful people and real love, but as it happens everybody is manipulative, everybody is a liar, and everybody is selfish.

One of the best ways to keep your personality is you have to stress the fact that we are all human, look closer to nature, we are all animals, and even though people are terrible, don't use your understanding of them to let it bother you, ALL of us are just animals, and the best way to keep an optimist sense while staying friends with the people you know and not hating them, is to simply not blame them, blame nature, cause we are all just animals.

You will go through 4 psychological stages before you reach acceptance. It happened to me too. I was frustrated as fuck, I started being an asshole, towards girls but eventually you will accept for who they are. Women are women and you can't possibly go change that thus be sly and use the knowledge you have. The concept of being sly at the frustration stage isn't appealing, your side effects will pass, you will revert back to your old personality with new integrated redpill pulsing inside you.

You will always see that TRP rules come true, you will start to distinguish between what is TRP and what is not, hopefully.

I struggle with this. It comes hand in hand. If you don't want to be an asshole, surround yourself with people you actually care about. Then you won't be in a sour mood because you won't be beset by people who irritate you.

And goodwill of course. You quit being a doormat, you dont really have to become a jerk... just to stand up for yourself and not take shit from anyone.

Congratz on regaining your weapon. No you dont need to be cynical, bitter, negative, psychotic, dark triad or all that shit. But you're a killer (that's what testosterone turns boys into) and if you forget it you're getting stomped on by women, not only by men.
