Good:

Within fifteen minutes of waking up, I am on my way to the treadmill, where I would run for forty minutes. Did this every morning during the week.

Fail:

despite setting reasonable goals for myself at the start of the week I did not read as much as I had set out and for those curious Mediations by Marcus Aurelius && I did not work on my business concept.

Good: Filled out a background check and pissed into a cup for my first full-time job.

Good -
Shifted my sleep schedule to get up earlier and gym first thing, which is working well for a) getting it done consistently as nothing else has the chance to get in the way, b) removing a temptation to engage in various bad habits that are triggered by staying up late alone at night. Finally acquired a piano so I can get back into playing, also using it to replace other bad habits.

Bad -
Failed to come to a decision on whether to act on ioi's from a coworker, instead just chickenshitted out of doing anything and let it fizzle. Need to start running daygame so I stop being so thirsty at work and encouraging this kind of nonsense. Also this has led to a few epiphanies on aspects of my life that I'm still being an autist in, so while I haven't won I did learn something. Not eating as much veg due to change in meal timings. Been feeling much more tired than before, might be related.

Good: 4 weeks into a bodybuilding contest prep. Getting shredded by the day, and already in the top 1% amongst men around me. Talked to a few people in the bar yesterday and met some new people. Been slowly ghosting any female "friends" I've been orbiting. Bad: Realizing I'm definitely never the center of attention. I'm not sure how to do that or be that. Failed to approach some attractive girls in the bar because I over thought, waited too long, talked myself out of it, etc.

I've managed to go another week not killing myself. That's pretty good, I guess. Did it by being distracted, though my friend was more responsible for that than me.

Tried to be more outgoing and less in my head, but failed miserably. I'm realizing more and more just how different I am from other people. The more I think, the more I realize how much of a failure I am and how stupid I am for letting the opportunities I have slip by. I really don't know why I even have the limited amount of friends I do - All are doing a lot better than I am in life.

I've found a mission, I guess. I've decided to remind people on here who are struggling why they shouldn't give up, using my worthless ass as an example of who they can expect to become and why the hardship of progressing pales in comparison to the hardship of hitting rock bottom and having no way up.

Remember guys, there is such thing as too late and too far behind. It's like in Mario games - Stay in front of that moving screen, or you'll lose your life.

Feeling energized again. Workout and diet going as planned, opened a very attractive girl on the bus, got her phone but probably it isn't going anywhere.

The biggest win was seeing my desire to game coming back and that I still can feel the thrill of the hunt after my breakup. Started with Ashawagandha supplementation, and results were instantaneous, probably a good dose of placebo, but if it works i am happy.

Downside: masturbated more than planned. Side effect of being more energized.

Good:

Socialised a lot more than usual.
My LTR's best friend was constantly putting insecurities and fears in me with her bitchiness and shit-tests. Yesterday we were all at a caffee and I just came there and dominated the social dynamic. She was struggling so hard to put herself in the center of attention but I just didn't let her. Any shit-test that came my way was easily parried back. I'm feeling really proud not because "I've outwitted some random bitch" but because of all her shit-tests she made me change my mentality which I did. I am thankfull for her bitching because it was a good practice/life simulation.

Fail:

Still have not stopped smoking and skipped 2 gym days because I was sick but gym day after that (was still sick) pulled it off, did every exercise and it was leg day. Still in pain, cheers.

The good:

Signed on to judo tournament. It's a local tournament, but still, it's being held at the Olympic Training Center. This is my first tournament in years, as I'm a recreational player.
Continued to avoid women my age. They're there for the fucking. When I had an OK Cupid account, women my age and a bit younger opened me all the time.....there's nothing more pathetic, though, than "doesn't have kids, wants kids, has cats" at 38 years old (I'm 44).
Pitched a visit from an ex to her. It's not as mad as it seems.....she's on the rocks with her current boyfriend, having told him he's not "the one", and lives 3 states away. There is 0 chance for going back to pair bonded monogamy with her....and she knows I have no intention of that anyway. A couple weeks of fucking & backpacking would be refreshing for us both.
Kept up on bodyweight fitnesses.
Formulated plan for younger women on OK Cupid....craft it all about outdoor shit. Climbing/hiking/backpacking.....not breathing a single word about anything else, my career, judo, dancing, nada. My reasoning is she needs to know that about as much as any climbing partner.
Learned a new task at work which makes me more valuable to the company and would be marketable if there was a downturn.
Completed the 2nd month of Basic Lindy Hop, along with my first month with the team. Will continue, it's fun, and is helping me learn to both dance and control my body better.

The bad:

Only one run.
Chickened out of the Sunday night social dance. It's easier than the Lindy, and they have a live band every Sunday night. I need to get past the choreographed stuff. Wednesday night, I went to a different venue and had a blast, danced hard, but not with my hands on a woman. While it takes months to get the Lindy down, you can teach a girl the Jitterbug/6 beat East Coast Swing in about 5 minutes, if you can lead well.
Have not implemented said younger women OK Cupid plan.
I could always work smarter.

Good:

Got out of my comfort zone, went out to the club with a group of friends. Had a few drinks and just started partying, nothing was on my mind. No fucks were given, saw a HB7 eyeing me, told myself if I don't approach then I might as well just pack up and go home. Went over and initiated the convo, it was awkward at first, not sure if it was the shit tests or just my mind. But I held frame, ended up making her laugh. We danced, a few intimate moments, exchanged numbers because she had to leave early - couldn't separate her from her friend. Still a good outcome, reflecting back now I could have escalated more.

Bad:

I've been trying to keep on track with goals and still struggle to keep shit in order. I've made to-do lists and haven't been able to complete all tasks - usually just 1 or 2 tasks completed out of 5.

My procrastination is probably the biggest problem as to why I can't complete shit. I've been trying to work on it by eliminating distractions, meditating (awareness), and just to take action. But again, I slip behind on these as well especially with meditating.

Overall, I'm partially satisfied with some of the things I've done this week. Managed to read 3 days consecutively, 30 minutes a day. Hit the gym once only this week, but will be smashing it out tomorrow and the day after for a total of 3 sessions. Still have a lot to work on, but it's a start.

Been approaching a lot this week. Taking it seriously. I learning from the ground up. Just bought Tom Terero's book, Street Hustle. Can't wait to digest the information. My diet has been going well this week. Decided to go back to cutting. I am however slacking in my studies. I haven't been reading or studying enough. Will have to force myself to do it. I just bought Mel Robbins new book, The 5 Second Rule. One person recommend to me. It was $10 on Kindle so why not.

Field Reports

First just re-posting a reply I made a couple of days ago:

I went out that night. Talked to 7 girls, didn't give any compliments, didn't offer to buy drinks, didn't even ask their name just talked absolute shit like whatever came into my head. Only got shot down by 2, some were engaged but their friends got in the way and the last 2 seemed like I could've pulled them but that was close to closing time and I needed to leave with my friends. I can see myself getting a lot better at this with more attempts and at this point I think I'll learn a lot more from reflecting on my own actions than I will brushing up on theory, diminishing returns and all that.

Last night I decided to go out on my own when a friend flaked on me. It was mostly a waste as I met a few old acquaintances who I let tie me down. I basically just watched them get into fights and only got talking to one girl where I'm pretty sure I completely failed a shit test when asked why I was being quiet by replying I'm just not drunk yet. I can see how that tells them I can't be confident unless I'm drunk and I knew within half a second that it was the wrong thing to say when I saw her facial expression. Tbh just wasn't feeling it that night but overall this week I think I've stepped up my confidence and ability to talk to women.

Good

Kept up my progress at the gym and improved my form. I feel and look stronger than ever which people comment on but I know I'm still sort of a beginner so I can't wait to see what another year of gym will do.

I also tried no fap this week but have only been able to make it to 3 days but even then I notice a large boost in energy and confidence.

Bad

Aside from last night I noticed that my eye contact game has faltered which used to come naturally to me.

Also losing a lot of discipline now that the college year has ended.

How to improve

My current plans are to cut down on my headphone usage since time just flies when I'm listening to music and I don't get much done. Continue attempting NoFap and going out twice next week talking to 5 girls each time.

Good:

Starting to roll with the flow in the cyber lab. I started to take the initiative for learning things/methods, instead of just looking up a YouTube video about it.
Started cold showers; but I'm still starting off warm and doing 5 minutes of cold at the end.
Finally getting better sleep and it's manifesting itself in my strength training.

Bad:

Still eating like shit sometimes. Weight is staying the same and I'm trying to lose a few more pounds
Refraining from jerking off has been a struggle for me for some time. Sometimes the urges are strong after a few days and I go too far with edging
Eye contact strength is still staying low
Haven't been keeping up with my journal entries, which are, ironically, my form of keeping up with myself.

Great week at work, made sales and impressed clients.
Made gains in the weightroom and at MMA training
Got my 8 hours
Worked on some hobbies *Gained weight again after being stalled on weight gain for a while (just upped my kcals more than I thought I should)

Bad

This is the two months out of the year when I am home with my parents and I am having a very hard time adjusting. I'm used to being independent and having my own place and this is very hard but moving out isn't a choice right now. I have two months left of this.
Because of this logistics and game are very hard, have lots of potential tinder dates I can set up but not sure where to go.
Masturbated too much. Trying to edge to improve my stamina and I got lazy this week and just came a lot of times.
Didn't read as much as I want
I am always tired regardless of my sleep. I am active, take supplements, and eat enough. I don't know what this is, I'm getting my levels tested in July at my Dr. apt but that's still a month away.

Good: Initiated studying for finals two weeks beforehand. Managed to meet my daily goal of conversing with at least 3 strangers for about a week now. Made plans to go surfing with my pops. Hit deadlift 435x5.

Bad: Totally fucked up escalating with a girl at a frat party. Had her literally sucking on my neck, dude I fucking was fingering her on the dance floor. She was a taken back by my whisky dick when she tried to return the favor. Anyway, she told me she had to go find her friends, I said ok, and left the party dry.

Should have helped her find her friends and informed them that I was going to take her home. And drink vodka instead of whisky.

Good: Been working well and socializing a lot at work.
Up at 5:30 to git the gym before.
Work is interesting and I'm learning a lot.

Down: evening time hasn't been super productive, tried to study but with the early wakes I'm just too damn tired, been working on some music though. Health hasn't improved significantly with the job affecting my shoulders.

Emotion control isn't too great, social life needs some work but has improved. Still in my head a lot, nofap day 5.

GOOD: Barely desiring my ex who I had oneitis for (broke up 5 weeks ago). Good: Diet has improved dramatically over the past several weeks, all I need to do is add more veggies. No more soda/energy drinks. Continued to make small talk with random women although I had a negative experience which put me off a little. Regardless I'll keep going. Going to the gym and lifting.

Good: Did my first cold approach at a bar. Failed miserably but I finally did it. I think lifting before I went out helped a shit ton for my courage. Got a girl to twerk for me too. It was easy, I just asked her to do it and she did. Jiu Jitsu is going pretty well, I'm finally starting to get some technique.

Bad: Still too nervous in a bar to not end up drinking a shit ton when I'm there. Haven't been able to go to the gym like I want. Work has been having us on 12hr shifts and just Jiu Jitsu has been cutting into my sleep hard as a result. Diet is still shit. Will be until I get my own place. Made 6 days of no porn , relapsed badly because a day came that i was needy unclear to think and got into arguments. I am not going to do 90 days NoPorn . I just cant. Instead i will take it slow once a week and take it from there. Also this weekend i figured i dont have friends that invest back like i do and i didnt go outside either.

So the next week i can do some things better. This will be going out and trying to talking to random people in college campus. Sounds hard but i will try . Also next time i will relapse i will try not to include porn.

Haven't made much progress with the females, due to lack of time to go out n anger at them (still coming to terms with old fake beliefs, nearly there)

Conversation skills seem to be lacking, chatting n than convo hits a lull, it happens every time n usually quite quickly

Too much study drugs being consumed, leaves my mind wreaked

Drank a metric fuckload of coca cola, gained some weight, delaying my summer shredding progress
I didn't take action on girls showing crazy amounts of IOI. Storytime: for example on Monday I was working out and this group of HB7-10s came in and said things like "o he's strong" behind my back. Then afterwards when I was doing Muscle ups they were like "I can do that" then kind of migrated over to the pull-up bar. I bitched out and basically just left the bar and did another exercise. This HB9.5 kept glancing at me but I was acting all 'icey' by not acknowledging her. I obviously should have taken the goddamn hints and acknowledged her and talked to her. Will improve. Shit like this happens so fucking often to me it's crazy. I'm apparently attractive to girls, yet I keep doing nothing about it. It's so easy to not do anything.
