The Erie county district attorney's office announced this Thursday morning that Kane won't be facing rape charges as no evidence shows rape or sexual assault occurred and the alleged victim refuse to cooperate with the investigation anymore.

Patrick Kane, a 26-years-old, 70-pts per season average NHL right winger, three time Stanley cup winner, Calder memorial trophy winner and Conn Smythe trophy winner will be forever remembered as the rapist that got away with it, unless the girl repent.

He can forget having his number retired at the end of his career or being inducted to the hall of fame, no matters what he does until the end of his career.

Lesson learned : Never be alone with a girl if you can't prove you didn't rape her. Install camera and or mike in your house to have solid proof she was consenting (refer to a lawyer before doing so, law changes between states and country). Never go back to her place.

If you are accused of rape, you are guilty no matter what.
