You will need to stop being a 'nice guy' i.e. being polite to everyone. This person has intruded into your personal space, demands your personal time and effort, and you have no obligation to entertain them in the manner they wish to be entertained.

So you can just ignore them, or ridicule them, or engage in 'verbal judo' with them for the fun of it. That doesn't make you a bad person, and you're not obligated to show good manners to people without the same.

I mean, the 2nd girl literally came out of nowhere trying to scam free drinks without absolutely any effort. 'Who is this guy, is he buying us drinks?' If your friend was talking to some girl, and you came in and said 'who is this girl, is she gonna bend over so we can fuck her in the ass?', would you expect the girl to be polite to you?

You kinda fucked up here. Should have just said no again and kept laughing in her face. You do not need to give a reason. Your reason was an attempt to justify and validate your original position because you felt 'guilty' for saying no. Fuck them. Even if you didn't do charity work and you were a thief you don't need to be charitable to anyone if you don't want to. You do not need to give any justification to anything.

Word of advice for the bar scene, I always avoid women who try and scab drinks off me because they are active and conscious opportunists and these type of woman are the worst. Woman are opportunistic unconsciously and can't help it, but those who are actively opportunistic are fucking terrible. They usually are extremely vapid, have a shit job/low education, have no value to give in general and as such take as much value as possible from anyone they can.

A few weeks ago a decent-looking woman came up to me beside the bar, being all flirty, bumping into me, etc. I flirted back but didn't offer shit. She left, then came back, asked me what I was drinking. Beer. She said "boring."

"Oh yeah, what's exciting?"

She said something about a shot. I shrugged. She "offered" to buy a round for me and my friend. I said ok why not. After some awkward looking around, she walked away. Fuck off, parasite.

They go out, they get drinks bought for them, they are rarely interested in the guys paying.

Don't pay for women's drinks. It's that simple. Any which way you play it, find a way to not do it. And don't explain why.

Buying the FIRST round on a date where she's made an effort to meet you is fine. Other than that, don't buy drinks if you just met her (unless she did first, and only if her drink costs as little as yours).

My first time out to the bars I went with a friend (girl) of mine and she totally played the room for free drinks.

They get free drinks, AND free validation. They know the guys are trying to buy sex. This makes them feel even better. It puts them in a strong "I can't lose" position, and they milk it for all they can, pretending it's a necessary condition for sex.

All you need is the word "no", but feel free to dress it up how you like.

My go to reply on this is, "I usually only buy drinks for women that I'm sleeping with."

This leaves the possibility that sometimes I do buy drinks for women that I'm not sleeping with, but shoves the quid pro quo transaction of paying for their time back in their face.

9 out of 10 times they shut up and walk away. Occasionally it has started a conversation. Exactly as intended, it filters out the cruft.
