Fitness 9/10

Competition prep for powerlifting meet next week. I'm learning about peaking.
Deadlift PR, 210kg/462lbs. Yes I PR'd a week before a meet. yes that is a bad idea.
Slight injury from PR ^ , but that healed in just a couple of days.
my bulking is going at the exact right speed. I thought I would be getting too fat too quickly. I will make powerlifting meet weight quite comfortably i think.
Added weighted pullups and have been training my pullup 1RM. my is goal is to do a pullup with a girl on my back.

School 9/10

Think I did well on a history test today. may get top grade, don't really know though.
Submitted several texts. got work done.

Other Goals 7.5/10

Continue to do well in all my classes.
Keeping up with readings daily.
Continue my M/W/F gym schedule.
Continue to talk to anybody and everybody in class/bar.

-Haven't drank in 6 months now. I was never a full-blown alcoholic, but drinking around a liter of alcohol daily for over 2 years made me lose gains and gain fat. I'm starting to see my abs again, and I haven't slept this well for a long time. Not pissing my money away is a good bonus, too.

-Started learning Polish, which is a very difficult language, but I enjoy the challenge.

-Re-learning how to drive, after years of not driving due to not having a license in the country I lived in.

-Worked further on a book I plan to release in the future.

Need to work on good eye-contact, so today I went to the mall and walked around a bit to see what popped up.

Ended up with decent progress, no numbers or anything but some solid eye-contact and smiles with a very cute girl at a cash-register (a good candidate for later), sideways glances with another girl, and a funny situation nearby that made me grin which made a third girl nearby smile and seek my eyes. Should have followed that up with a comment and conversation, but wussed out there.

Progress is progress, gotta keep working on it. Next up, daily walks or mall trips to talk to random girls that I meet for practice. Sweden is a pretty challenging place to day-game, eye-contact and talking with strangers is pretty rare, but that also makes it good practice and should make me stand out more when I do it well and with a (confident) smirk. The mall was a good place, living in the suburbs so randomly meeting women while walking the neighborhood takes a lot of luck, while the mall had good traffic.

Also need to up my Tinder game with better pictures, my social life isn't that great right now so only got some selfies.

Training also going well, a few more pounds to cut but abs are usually visible. Posture needs more work.

I got my sleep schedule fixed, at least until Wednesday, when I went to the local college bar.

I was buzzed, got them dancing as usual (they would have eventually anyway), danced hard......

I was wandering towards the bar from the dance floor and some random girl grabbed me and stuck her tongue right down my throat. Don't recall ever seeing her that night, no words passed between us. I stood in there, made out with her hardcore albeit relatively briefly, right in the middle of the bar. Is that an IOI?

BTW, I'm 45. This girl was no older than 25. There were more girls than guys there by a large margin.

Lift like your life depends on it. My fitness instructor thought my pull ups were nearly perfect, just need a wider grip....and I made my 2.5 mile run yesterday in 21:45. It's not random that that was my 2nd best time ever. I was running inspired. Making out with random cuties half your age will do that. For Hef.

Needless to say I changed my schedule. I'm now "on" from 9 to 9, Mon-Sat, no drinking until after 9 PM outside of a single happy hour pint dinner break, don't need to get to bed until 1 AM for a full nights rest. I welcome the changing seasons.

I'll still play the cerebral game, esp. on my campus (hiding from student loan interest by taking 6 credit hours, 4 of which work pays for to extend my abilities in my field). I live next to a different campus, a higher end campus, and a buyer's remorse situation cannot lead to my expulsion here.

I'm headed back to judo. Tweaked my shoulders, got scared, it's been a few months, but I've been lifting hard and I'm totally convinced that scrapping is a great way to Kill the Beta^TM

Started my company I'd been planning for some time, and got a shit load of work done for it. Back to 100% at the gym after a few bouts of man flu over this winter and a huge adaptation to becoming a father and therefore sleep deprived most of the time... which is probably why I got sick so much to be honest.

I lost my consistent 1kg a week and I’m down 23kg total (45kg to go). Went to the gym for the first time this week and had the guy explain to me how it works and I can tell you the DOMS are real. Had sex for the first time one month before I become 25 and I didn’t eat anything but my clean food so that’s a plus. Working hard to finish my thesis and didn’t slack off at work.

The thing that could have gone better was the way I lost my virginity. Was at the movies with a friend and afterward had the spontaneous idea that I wanted to have sex. I’m not religious or have a problem with prostitutes, so the only thing holding me back from trying to have sex was the fear.

So after two drinks and shaking I went and like a good beta chump didn’t even look at the woman’s face before I picked one… best friend said to me right then and there, dude you sure you don’t want the one on the left? So I went in and didn’t know what to expect. The woman was 35 or something and had a nice body and an ok face. I was nervous but not like I expected I would be, I also experienced the thing everyone talks about here, she could sense my fear. I wasn’t even talking or showing anything and the first thing she said was that I need to relax. So long story short we had sex and it was the most disappointing experience in my life... it didn’t even feel that good and when started I didn’t feel that nervous anymore.

So my time was almost up and she had to finish me with hand to make it in time, my mate had given me two pills because I was afraid of PE and they seemed to work. I got out and I told him about the pills and he got the bottle out of his pocket and it was fucking vitamins. So I’m pretty grateful for that and understand now how important confidence is.

So right now not really feeling the sex and I understand I need to keep at it to make it better. Also, the dude who told me that sex makes you finish faster is a retard, the feeling of the grip you have when you use your hand can’t be compared to the feeling of a condom.

Ps, I wanted to make a topic about this subject but I’m really far from being the man I want to be and didn’t want to waste everyone’s time with a post so glad I can put it here.

TLDR: had beta sex with a prostitute and was pretty disappointed.

I pushed my lifting schedule to 6 days a week, while reducing the time for each workout to 45 minutes, at the suggestion of my boxing coach. I just completed the first week of that which I'm happy about. As an ectomorph body type, getting in more workouts will help in reaching 150, my long-term goal.

Bad news, I currently have zero dollars in my checking account. My next financial goal is to built a small nest egg in that account. I have plenty of money in savings and investment funds, but my checking is always low or empty. I would like to have enough so I never have to worry about "Do I have enough money?" if I want to eat out, for example.

Got rid of all the toxic online material such as tinter, facebook, online girlfriends since they are causing depression and anxiety related problems to me.
Stopped my needy beta habit of drinking and trolling people on chatting sites.
Stopped listening music. It only kills my dopamin levels especially because I have great free time.
Stopped fapping often, not good for dopamin, It's only making it worse.
More focused on my weight loss progress.
Started to learn bpmn program, sadly didn't progress much.
Didn't do anything for my 0 social life. My mind is making excuses to me.

Good: *Moved into my uni house and decorated my room so it's a proper pad for birds *Got on the uni first team for squash (gay sport I know) *Spoke to 3 girls that were showing interest but I managed to fuck it up somehow *got another gym membership

Bad: *smoked too many cigarettes *smoked too much weed *Managed to fuck it up with those girls by being too drunk/ too high ( need more practice) *drank more than I wanted to

Good:

Added lifting to my calisthenics workout.

Set my goals in a timeline instead of a abstract chronology.

Better posture, at 28 my mother asked me if I was growing.

Started talking to people instead of for people.

Started looking people in the eye, got mixed reactions, some were intimidated, some impressed.

Lost an X on my shirts and the belt is closing 1 hole tighter than last week

Bad:

Failed an obvious shit test(made me think I failed a few more I didn't notice)

Lost track of my meals

No academic progress

Couldn't lift yesterday and today

Approached no one new(hopefully this one will change tonight)

Overall: Better than last week, worse than next week

i think this week i done a little improvement regarding to the goals that i had defined. but i still challenging my ego to put all my endeavors to achieve my goals. neverthless i done some improvement like doing some exercise, eating healty food. my problem that I can't wake up at 7h oclock even if i go to bed early. some days i lost my motivation and deviate from my rail my purpose. what should i do to be focused on my target.knowing that i want to perform my english skills.

worked on maintaining eye contact in the street: got a lot of positive feedback *caught women checking me out, few of them held my gaze too.
went to all my gym sessions can almost deadlift 2 plates
worked on my dbt, still find myself ruminating at times
worked on my "side hustles" will probably start the process next month once my new job starts paying me
approached a hot russian girl in my class, didn't close. But at least I approached and worked on my conversation skills a bit.
ate healthier this week acne cleared up (not that I had a much to begin with)
jerked off only once this week, definitely impacted my testosterone levels: felt more confident and aggressive.
worked on some technical skills for my job
started reading my soft skills book again, haven't been as diligent lately but I managed to carve it down to only 100 pages.

goals

dedicate one day to jogging/working out abs
try to manage my time better and cut out procrastination
continue to work on my technical skills and finish my book
continue to practice holding gazes
start to talk to women on the street, the goal is small comments not full blown convo or closing. Just to get comfortable with talking to people who don't know me.
try to find a room to move into
try to find a bjj gym, I need to be able to fight and not be afraid of confrontations.

Good:

enjoyed a festival.

Made out with a girl at said festival.

Enjoyed a lot of music and fun with a few people from different stages of my life.

Overall I have been calm and collected.

Bad:

Consumed edible for 5 days straight(not super bad actually...)

Caught serious feels for a girl at the festival and handled it poorly.

Got post festival depression.

Spent too much money.

went out solo and approached and opened probably around 20 sets/girls. was too drunk to really remember or implement game. Still amazing since my only goal Friday was to approach just 1 person. I learned men are super easy to chill with. Just a handshake and you are in the circle.
