Okay, so there I was at school with this chick. We were supposed to do some group work together, but ended up chatting for like 2 hours. She was basically talking about how some creep hit on her two years ago or whatever and the convo went something like this:

Her: I mean, come on, he tried to get with every girl on the course, left me creepy messages and besides, I had a boyfriend.

Me: Had?

Her: I mean have.

Me: Was that a freudian slip?

Her: What?

Me: Nevermind...

Her: What's a freudian slip?

Me: Forget it, let's go eat.

(so far no shit test, but this was for context. She just agrees and off we go to the cafeteria. )

Her: Damn, I think I forgot my credit card in my jacket. Oh well, I'll just sit with you.

(Was this a shit test? Was she expecting me to treat her? That was actually something I wanted to do, but I figured that's the beta inside me talking.)

Me: Why don't you just go get it then?

Her: Oh... erm... right, okay.

(she doesn't return to the line, I just grab my food and move on. She's already sitting at the table, waiting)

Her: Turns out, I forgot my card at home. Guess I gotta be more careful. (Another shit test?)

Me: You took the words right out my mouth. Learn from this experience.

(she tried to get some of my nachos, but I just parried her hand away and made her ask for some. At this point some other alpha shows up. I think I managed to maintain social composure, because later on she walked off with me, but I didn't push it any further, because she already has a boyfriend. I just told her ''right.. cya. We'll do our homework some other day'' and walked off.)
