Lately I've been seeing a lot of posts here and on /r/asktrp about people having an understanding of TRP principles, but no idea how to implement it into their lives. I also imagine, at the rate at which this sub is growing, there are many newbies and lurkers feeling heartbroken/victimised/worthless, or struggling with oneitis or some other bullshit. To you, I propose a solution, a way of overcoming these problems. That's right, testosterone.

So, as many TRPers are aware, the last few generations has seen rapid emasculation of western society, to the point where many masculine traits are frowned upon, and shamed by others. Everyone is afraid of hurting each other's feelings; tough love and constructive criticism are seen as hateful; nobody has any motivation to better themselves, everyone just wants to be "accepted for who they are". Interestingly, over the last few generations, we have also seen the rapid decline in testosterone levels in men. Coincidence? I think not.

So what is the cause of this, and how can we combat it? Well there are several factors. First of all, diet:

  • Increase your intake of saturated fat: Despite what government health organisations would have you believe, saturated fat isn't bad for you, nor is cholesterol. In fact, these two are essential for testosterone synthesis. Best sources are egg yolks, red meat, raw milk and fatty fish. Just make sure you're buying good quality, pastured animal products. Try to avoid the store-bought stuff.

  • Avoid grains, processed dairy and other harmful "foods" like soy and corn: Grains are bad news for your health. They contain toxic proteins like gluten which wreck your gut. Processed dairy usually contains all kinds of of shit that will fuck up your hormonal profile. Also, all the enzymes that help you digest it are ruined by pasteurisation and homogenisation. Soy is also really bad, particularly for testosterone. It contains compounds that mimic estrogen, and will feminise you. Get your carbs from fruits and vegetables, and your proteins and fats from animal sources.

Some other habits to implement:

  • Work out: There's a reason TRP puts a lot of emphasis on lifting. If you're starting out, look into Stronglifts 5x5 or Starting Strength. Also, for your cardio, try something like HIIT or sprinting rather than jogging or other low intensity stuff.

  • Cold showers: Your body produces more testosterone when you get cold. And if you’ve got balls, make sure to get plenty of cold water on those, this will yield greater results. Also, great way to wake up in the morning.

  • Avoid stimulants: This applies in particular to things cocaine, MDMA and nicotine. They drain But also, if you're a caffeine addict, maybe it's time to take a break for a while.

  • Stop masturbating: There's a reason some of the guys over at /r/NoFap can go from being chronic basement masturbators to suave ladies' men in 90 days. Trust me, this shit works, and is probably the most important point in this list.

  • Keep your phone away from your nuts: Mobile phones emit radiation, and if you have it in the pocket of your jeans all day, it seriously interferes with testosterone and sperm production. It can also lead to colon, rectal and testicular cancer later in life. If you absolutely must have it on you, keep it in your shirt pocket or somewhere else.

  • Take control of your mental processes: Be decisive. Take action. Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Take risks. These will all have an effect on your T.

This last one isn't easy, but the benefits are incredible. I'm still mastering it myself:

  • Don't ejaculate: That's right. Have sex, but don't ejaculate. This is known as seminal retention, and has been taught by almost every ancient civilisation known to man. Here's a list of few greats who have practised SR: Alexander the Great, Plato, Pythagoras, Michaelangelo, Isaac Newton, Nikola Tesla, Sigmund Freud, Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, Steve Jobs. As your T-levels rise, you will notice the changes. You'll start to feel more ballsy in everyday situations, your strength will increase for rapidly, your Approach Anxiety will fade and your level of concentration will skyrocket. You'll start to give less of a fuck about trivial shit like your oneitis, while your motivation, discipline and desire will increase. This is the way man was meant to live.
