For those of you who live under a rock, Tinder is an online dating app which "matches" prospective daters who've swiped right on each other's profiles. Many people argue it's an ineffective way to get laid compared to other alternatives. Don't listen to those people. They've extrapolated their lack of success across the entire Tinder-using population, which is nothing more than a way to make themselves feel better about their own lack of Game (or at least as it applies to the app). Given that this is TRP, I'll assume all of you are already aware that we don't listen to pathetic people, and therefore, I won't waste too much time attempting to convince you that the opposite is in fact true.

Make no mistake, this app works. Tinder is one of the fastest, easiest, and cheapest ways to spin more plates. That statement applies to all men, regardless of SMV. However, it does not apply to men who use a shitty strategy, or worse, no strategy at all. Based on the general feedback I've received about other men's experience with this app, most men fall into that latter category.

But OP!! Then that would mean: If you're a low-value man who uses a kickass Tinder strategy, then you'll get laid. And if you're a high-value Man with no strategy at all, you won't get laid.

Yes! Exactly! You need a proven Game strategy in order to reap the benefits of your SMV!

Game strategy needs to be adjusted according to your social environment, or in this case, your medium of communication. Consider this post to be a guide for how to make that adjustment. I assure you, this will be easier than it was to improve your approach Game, and it takes only a minimal amount of effort. So please bear with me.

The following is a summary of my Tinder strategy, which contains elements from both of the above articles:

Use your profile to covertly imply that you're just using this app to get laid. No one wants to be a Beta orbiter, so why not scare away the girls who won't settle for less? Throw some shirtless pics on your profile, and make your description sexually suggestive.

Swipe right on everyone. By doing so, you get to see everyone who's swiped right on your profile, and you've effectively narrowed down your pool of prospects to those girls who are actually interested. This delays the filtering process until after you've determined which women are truly your sexual prospects. Back when I was selective with my swipes it was a HUGE time waster, not to mention it greatly limited my sample size of potential prospects.

Unmatch the fatties. That's a given...unless you're also a fatass, in which case you should stop reading this immediately, get to the fucking gym and start lifting regularly. Game, in and of itself, won't land you bangable women if you're not taking proper care of your body.

Have a go-to opener. I stole my opener from the author of the top link: you look like trouble ;) If the girl appears shy in her pictures, or if she's dressed on the socially conservative side, I'll say something more generic...for example hey, hows it going?

Ask a "Fluff" question. Again, I stole this from the author of the top link. I'll either say how was your weekend? or so how are the boys treating you on here? Again, how the girl looks determines which one I use.

Screen her. This is huge. I ask every match so what are you looking for on here? If she says I'm not looking for a hookup then unmatch her immediately. In those cases, the girl is just using the app to adopt a Beta pet who will give her his time and attention for free.

  • If she responds with fwb or something along those lines, you're in. Set up a "date" at your apartment and tell her to bring a bottle of wine. These girls are easy to bang and will serve as good fall-back plates in the future.

  • If she responds with something that sounds like she's a little unsure of what she wants, or if she just wants "to meet people," then you gotta set up an actual date. Preferably, your dates will be action-based: bowling, walk in the park, laser tag, etc. If you don't think you're ready for that, no worries...meet her for coffee or drinks. Something that requires a minimal investment of time and financial resources (yes, even if you drive a BMW). However, you will absolutely not set up a dinner date. There's no easier way to give the woman control over the frame of the relationship than by taking her on dinner dates and dropping an excessive amount of money on some girl you don't know. Not to mention dinner dates are boring, awkward, anti-seductive, and Beta orbiter-inducing. You will not make her dinner, either. Do I really have to say this?

NOTE The second link provides some great tips on how to develop the "fluff" aspect of Tinder game, i.e. using amused mastery through messaging. I've personally sent a few of my matches the message "#" midway through a conversation (as a way to ask for her phone number), and have had an incredibly solid success rate with that.

tl;dr Although your approach game should NOT be scripted or structured by any means, I highly advocate a well-structured Tinder game. Since it's an app, you should be allocating less time towards analyzing yet-to-be matched profiles, and more time towards filtering for girls for who will actually put out for you, thereby giving you a larger pool of suitors to choose from.
