I have what I refer to as "Me Mode". It is sort of Monk Mode Lite in that you don't totally withdraw and take shots at targets of opportunity. However, you come first and your goals/mission comes first and everyone else - male or female - has to take a number and get in line.

Let me add one thing to the lifting thing. Being an alpha isnt just about looking good, but having a leg up to your fellow men. When i only lifted, i definitely looked better. But when I added muay thai and boxing to that? I started feeling much more confident - and able to hold my ground/become healthily confrontational with others when needed. I highly recommend a combat sport to suppliment lifting

...and Game is a fluid mode of thought, not rigid.

You must develop this fluid mode of bending reality to your will or you are just intellectually understanding the Red Pill while missing it's most important aspect which is intuitive.

Monk mode. It hasn’t been talked about lately on the main sub but I feel everyone should start their red pill journey with a solid monk mode. Don’t focus on women, don’t care about gaming them, and don’t use the internet except for work in school. Find hobbies, lift, read, and hang out with friends doing productive things. Honestly a monk mode at any point in the red pill journey is good for you.

This is blue pill advice, hey don't focus on women, or gaming just become a better person. In reality this is like saying if you want to learn guitar focus on yourself first. Women should be a very small part of your life and once you understand what attracts them it's easy.

It seems people are content on making the red pill less about perception and more about blue pill ideology building a better beta, even though the mods have stated this is not a self improvement sub, many blue /purple pills flock to this because it is acceptable by the female imperative, what female doesn't want a better beta.

There are much better subs such as bodybuilding, and male fashion that specialize in this sort of thing.

Monk Mode -

Secular Humanism is Luciferian. Secular Humanism takes a lot of religious language and twists it. They have created a false or artificial religion. In their religion, they hate men, Christianity, anything traditional, and you. You are the bad guys. You cannot win this fight without standing in The Truth of The Lord.
