The most wise choice you will ever make with women, is the conscious choice not to be manipulated. Just acknowledging and learning to recognize that women use emotional, sexual, physical, and social manipulation to get what they want is the single most powerful realization you are likely to have in your life. Then refusing to be manipulated can be the most empowering force of your life.

Emotional or Psychological Manipulation: Mind fucking or balancing positive and negative influences on someone else to get what you want. Often it is about getting others to say sorry or otherwise feel- shame, remorse, guilt, indignation, disgrace, dishonor, fear, abandonment, worthlessness and a whole host of other emotions that benefits the manipulator. Never forget that 12,000 pound African Elephants are often controlled with little ropes and sugar treats. Trainers start controlling the elephants with chains when they are babies- over years of constant resistance from chains and positive reinforcement rewards for what the trainers what, eventually the most powerful land mammals on Earth end up as circus performers.

Sexual Manipulation: Often used to control both individuals and groups, sexual seduction and manipulation is a powerful weapon that often occurs at the subconscious level. One of the first things a new cult leader does after taking over a cult, is asserting sexual control of the sexual morality for his members. Usually, he or she, will banish, "admonish," or turn celibate the spouses of members. If the cult leader is male, he will often turn most cult women into a harem, and if female leader, use the female cult members as sexual chattel for exchange much like a brothel madam.

Physical Abuse: When not abusing children, women that physically abuse will direct the abuse towards vulnerable men and other women. Physical and emotional abuse are a matched set and the physical side often involves weapons and proxy violence. Proxy violence is the worst form of White Knighting. It is getting dupes to act on behalf of a women and punish, reform, embarrass, remove, rob, deceive, or otherwise benefit the manipulator. It is not uncommon for physical abusers to even use the Police to enforce proxy violence against those they want to manipulate- often with devastating long term consequences for the one being manipulated.

Social Manipulation: Approving or denying access to some social group that is important to the person being manipulated. Also, the use of the social group's approval or ridicule to enforce some ethic or conceit that the manipulator finds important for some reason.
