I was thinking about this recently (this morning, actually, whilst waiting for the bus).

I have been reading a lot of this sub and enjoying how much I agree with a lot of the content (nice one!). I read a few threads with accounts of guys finally seeing the light after years of being Blue Pill, which were always interesting to me as I kind of considered myself to be lifelong Red Pill, and kind of couldn't fathom how anyone could be any way different.

But then I started thinking about it in more detail, and it turns out I definitely wasn't Red Pill from the start.

My turning point came in 2000, when I met a guy called Gary. He was a couple of years old than me (I was 21 at the time), and at first his behaviour seemed highly loose and extreme, especially when it came to women. He also, confusingly to my mind at the time, was always absolutely fighting off the women and seemed to be admired by men equally; I was definitely one of those men too.

Well, he kind of took me under his wing and we went fucking nuts together. Going to clubs constantly, with him telling me exactly what to do and how to behave. I listened, and copied him as best I could and the results were incredible. The most memorable point came when my clingy bitch of a LTR at the time started ringing my phone asking when I was coming home. Gary grabbed the phone off my and shouted at her, telling her that I was out with him for the night and I would be home when I fucking well felt like it.

Well, from there, I broke up with my LTR, moved into an apartment by myself and started hardcore plate spinning. I was 23 at the time and fucking loving it. The birds I was getting were well up for it.

Fast forward a year, and I am jetting off around the world to start life in a foreign land, single and ready to rock. I haven't looked back since and have been ever more aware of the tricks women pull to ensnare men, and have used this to my advantage constantly.

So basically, wherever you are, Gary... thank you. You saved my life, and I salute you.
