First of all, saying "no" never works. Best approach is to say "sure, why not" and see what happens. Pick your battles. Simply going "no, because I said so" is retarded at best. By giving a straight answer she knows where she stands and will do whatever she think she can get away with. When you're intentionally vague or supportive, she either doesn't know where she stands so she errs on the side of safety, or she realises that you don't have a problem with her doing something because you can always find someone better.

You don't control women, you make it damn clear through your actions and that she'd be dumb to pass you up.

You need to stop pretending that you are in control of her because you are not. You sound insecure and it is apparent in yojr story that she has lost respect for you. I suggest you move on to another girl and this time try to be less controlling of her like she is a piece of property you own.

I'm a firm believer that women in LTR have no business spending one-on-one time with other males, or having close male friends or any of that bullshit.
