Yes, most men in their 30s are looking for twenty-somethings because that's the period when women are the most youthful and fertile; it's an important quality to consider if the man is planning to have a child. What she offers is money, shelter, resources, so men who don't have those would gladly take those offers. But she already said that she wants a man who also has a good career, with money, owns a house, and has his shit together, so she wont date those guys.

Those men who qualify her criterias however wouldnt date her because what she offers he already has. What he wants is youth, beauty, children, and someone to take care of the children and keep the household in order, but she's hitting the wall and are riskier to have downy babies compared to women in their 20s. Men don't want unstable women and their drama, they only put up with it. Some sanity and lack of drama in a woman would be a godsend for most men, but women are the primary cause for drama.

Can you cook a decent meal? Are you pleasant to be around? Are you keeping yourself in healthy physical shape? Men care about those things. Also, if you are chasing your career, you are also going to be lacking youth and fertility when you finally decide to put "find Mr. Right" in your schedule. To no ones surprise, he does not show up.

Maybe actually give men what they want to get what you want instead of assuming. If you ask men honestly and make sure you don't freak out when you get a straight answer, you will find out what you should have been doing.

I am a incredible cook. Learned from mom and grandmothers. I’m kind, nurturing but not a clingy person who blows up a phone and rages. I’m feminine- I take care of myself and I’m not fat. Tons of friends (long term). I’m easy to get along with says everyone. I’m honestly a super laid back person who doesn’t do drama and I have great personality disorder radar. Happy in a dive bar and at the opera.

Men confuse me. What they say they want is the opposite of what they want or choose.

I find that a lot of guys really want a needy person who gets jealous and controlling. They want to take care of a hot mess. They want someone who treats them poorly.

They profess to want a healthy relationship. They claim they want smart, career, successful and then expect them to stay home while they go out with their buddies waiting for them.

They get upset if you don’t ask them to buy you stuff though they claim their ex was a Golddigger who robbed them blind.

They want a independent woman then get upset you fixed the door yourself. “If you asked I would have come over to do it.” Um I just mentioned what I did today. Why would I ask you to drive 30 minutes to tighten a door knob?

They state strongly they want a relationship but don’t ever want to get married or live with someone again. Down the road they call you perfect wife material and then want kids and you, you to move in though I have been up front that’s not what I want,

It makes my head spin. I still have no clue what they are really looking for. Ages 30 and up.

I pick dates online who state that what they want in a partner matches me. But then the goalposts change. So I just go with we aren’t compatible and keep going. I actually read profiles. I think I should stop because 95% of the time they aren’t accurate. Mine spell me out exactly. I also use current photos though guys want selfies to double check I’m not fibbing 🙄.

Meeting people out and about then going on a date is the same. Same if you go out with someone you have known for years.

I was in a year relationship recently and it was good. I could see long term (never pressured) because that’s not fair or healthy and he stated he was on the same page. Then he had a internal crisis . Dumped without warning by text and said “I was too good and he’d hurt me.” I’m not a idiot. Just say we aren’t compatible.

Heard a year later he’s dating a girl who’s the opposite of me but I chalk it up to she’s a lot like his ex wife and that’s “his type”.

So that’s my thoughts.
