Seeing as we don't know her height nothing on here is that unreasonable. I mean stable housing and income just means you're able to sign a lease and keep a steady job at McDonalds. And "good family" means different things to different people but for some single mom I'd read that as a family where you don't have to pick your dad up from jail on the way to Thanksgiving dinner. She obviously screwed up by becoming a single mom but there's plenty of working class 6'3" guys out there that would jump all over this.
