I've lurked the MRP Reddit for a year or two. I've read most of the books in the sidebar, and I really like the freedom that lies in taking control over my own life.

At my work men are outnumbered 8 to 1, and after I read up on MRP I soon realized what possibilities that gave me in my dread-game. I've been more open to flirty conversation, and I've utilized my social strength to where an office-party gives me much attention from women. I dont hide this from my wife, and she really stepped up in the bedroom.

All this is great, but I find myself feeling guilty. My wife is great in so many ways. We both work full time, but she really does most of the work at home caring for the kids and the house.( I commute 50 minutes while she may walk to work) I fear that this dread is bordering manipulation. Especially considering how I've not had the progress I expected at a personal level. I have troubles gaining muscle, and I'm not yet the captain of the family in the way I'd like to be. Have any of you encountered this kind of guilt, and what do you make of it?

As a sidenote: any advice for a skinny guy with a high metabolism trying to gain muscle?
