I think your issue is that you are seeking validation. Married a hot wife, made lots of money, have a big house, 3 kids, etc. - the way you said all this makes me think they are status symbols for you. As if part of your reason for doing it was just to have them on your shelf or in your collection.

So, you seem to me to now be restless because you ran out of things to chase/achieve/accomplish. I say this because you describe your situation as "living my life in silent desperation." I think a guy who was just horny would be like "fuck I want to bang that hot bitch" but for you, it is described as some really deep, tormented soul shit. To me that points to a deeper issue.

So if I'm wrong, cool, just stop here. Maybe you're just a really horny dude. I'm neither a therapist nor a psychic. The rest of this could be total bullshit for you. I seriously do not know you or your life enough after a few paragraphs.

On the other hand, if any of this resonates with you, or someone else comes along who has something similar going on, then you need to do some deep work on figuring out why you have this story that you NEED to keep accomplishing/conquering.

I'm NOT suggesting that self-development and growth are bad. In fact, continually fixing problems and working on self-growth are really what happiness is all about. And that means accomplishing and conquering things.

But the problem here is that fucking hot chicks in their 20s does not appear to be what you want to do as if you were polyamorous or just fine with cheating, so much as you feel torn because something deep inside keeps trying to get you to do something you don't want to do. There is a difference between wanting to accomplish goals and being in control of yourself, or NEEDING to do things and not being in control of yourself. The latter is bad.

Therefore, the growth opportunity here is to alleviate yourself of/conquer the NEED to do this rather than conquering the 20 year olds.

To just bottom line it from here, most people who feel the need for validation and overachieve at attaining this stuff or who collect status symbols learned some lesson as a kid that if they accomplish those things, they will be loved. So by conquering a hot woman, it may be the case that you can fill both a need to feel loved as well as the story that you need to 'accomplish' by 'winning' this girl over with your charm and it ending with sex, which of course signals you won.

If not validation, it could also be that you are addicted to the rush of accomplishment. If you're in good shape, and you seem to be if girls are eye-fucking you, then you probably are fine on testosterone and combine that with the desire of the rush = wanting to charm a chick into bed.

I really don't know. But if you don't want to cheat and some of this seems like it makes sense in your situation, then these are the places I would start.

Do not underestimate the fallout here. If you can do it without feeling the guilt that comes with it go for. Lord knows I have and been able to immediately drop it. I have a buddy though same situation as you who (wealthy 3 kids) who did and felt so much guilt he confessed everything to his wife. She was pissed but said they would see it through. about 4 months later they are separated and living in separate houses and planning their divorce.

If your not lifting then lift. Also i hit yoga once a week and it helps me center myself and keep those daemons at bay. Basically you have to find an outlet for that energy. If your wife is as great as you say she is you might want to hold on to this one.
