Its been pretty difficult since I have two young kids that require attention and a leadership role at work. Basically if I work my wife cant, and if she works my stuff starts to pile up. So we have this carousal of work/kids/meal/work/kids/meal

We created a schedule (its huge) and pasted it on the wall so we can structure our day; its broken down by the hour. You would be surprised how much kids want some structure in their life. It helps, even though getting them off the Ipad/games is always a rocky 5-10 minute whine session

I miss the gym the most and working out at home (high reps) seems like more of a mental exercise than a physical one. I prefer lifting heavy; I find it easier to mentally prepare for a few heavy lifts than mentally push myself through 20+ reps of burn (wish i had more equip at home)

My girls are teens, so they self-isolate anyway. They are doing Zoom dances with their team and chats with friends. We do dinner together which is a change, because we are usually going separate ways. We also play jenga, archery, and practice driving.

Got a home gym and heavy bag in garage, so no change other than not going to gym classes.

Wife WFH too, so I got her office set up and running. Now I can mark off several bucket items like sex in the office, squat rack bondage, and in the basement all at once.

Puzzles, board games, teach them sports. I’m not a father, so dismiss my comments if you’d like, but I would 100% use this extended time with them to expose them to as much as possible and get them to start thinking and asking questions. Much like Horns did on his FR on the main sub, you want them to start learning the lessons that will set them up for success later and plant those seeds now while they’re more malleable and don’t have as many bad habits. Walks around, pointing out bits of nature and how they interact, etc.
