When you have improved yourself to the point that you know you can get better/younger/hotter women than your GF, ingrained what is abundance mentality, DNGAF mentality and that YOU are the prize, whatever shit she says /does wont affect you, because you know you are the shit and you are always willing to walk. So you will just laugh at her/AA when she tries to test you.

Try almost any post on this sub. But each post will describe one specific situation, unlike illimitablemans overview. I'd go back through the posts on this sub and read the OP and then the top 1 or 2 comments for the most upvoted analysis.

One way of looking at shit tests are opportunities to ~~display your masculinity~~ be you.

LTR or wife will not often throw a shit test because she wants to be a bitch. She will do it out of fear, discomfort, worry, and so on. She wants you to make her not feel the negative feelings. So depending on the shit test itself , you will have different answers.

You also need to learn how to separate shit test from comfort tests

Shit tests are unreasanable, disproportional complains your LTR do. On the other hand, reasonable, proportional complains aren't shit tests.

Take the car out of the garage, I don't like it to be there. --> Shit test

Take the car out of the garage, I will clean the garage. --> Not a shit test.

I'll tell you, even on /r/askmrp, you need to be doing your reading. Posting questions that are covered in the course pre-reqs and the RP 101 texts is really low effort. It's still engagine in Beta behavior, you're just wanting to follow and be told what to do by other men instead of your wife.

Read The Rational Male by Rollo Tamassi. He goes into more detail about Shit Tests that the illimitablemen post...what they are, how to identify them, and an introduction to how to handle them.
