The only tip I think is especially important in your scenario is to not go Rambo. She's gonna be uncomfortable, hormonal, insecure and anxious. You being an aloof dick on top of it will hurt you more than the average joe here.

It's kind of bad timing for you to run dread but you must be fucking since she's pregnant. Just read, lift weights, and be a happy go lucky and supportive husband for now. When baby is born you will both be busy. Take charge. I would focus purely on lifting and OYS in career and at home. This gives you about a year and a half to get in really good shape and do a lot of studying. Then, decide where you're at and how you want to approach the relationship.

We're now deep in the first trimester.

Whenever she's being less than ideal I just remind myself that I put a parasite inside her that I would have to pay two strangers $100,000-$150,000 for an egg and a surrogate to do otherwise, which makes me appreciate her and what is involved a little more and be more patient, besides the shitty stuff like puking all the time, going to the restroom every hour all night, feeling hungover, not enjoying food, none of your clothes fitting right (and having to shop for new shit), your tits swelling and hurting, constantly worrying about miscarriages until the 12 week mark, going to bed as soon as you get home, no caffeine, no drinking, no sushi etc...

So I don't expect her to be on her knees or riding cowgirl right now, or worrying about cooking or cleaning, and certainly not my feelings and desires...which seems fair to be honest. The fact that she wants to and would under better circumstances, and appreciates my frame and our life and what I do just has to be enough satisfaction for me. Maybe there is some dude out there who has a perfect housewife and sex kitten through this, but that isn't my life right now so I'm not gonna get butthurt about it.

I also understand that this is the worst part and it gets a little better, or at least different, after the first trimester.

Other than that it's just more of the same...owning your shit, having a frame, being valuable and attractive, having outcome independence, not being butthurt. The typical advice for people starting their journey during pregnancy/infancy is to use your beta traits (empathy, enabling, comfort, etc..), don't sprinkle alpha on it, don't be a needy dependent validation whore, don't go rambo with dread games, own your shit, be proactive with baby preparations, and take the opportunity to lift and take care of yourself too.

My wife is on her second pregnancy. I've been doing MRP for over a year now. It's a lot easier than the first time. Still flirt, game, etc, but realize that any dread isn't going to work well for her. Focus on lifting, being a better man, and leading your growing family. Take a knee in terms of sex for the next few months. Her hormones are going to make her insane.

Be empathetic without being a pushover.

I've been here just over 2 months and unplugged for 3. My wife is almost 3 months pregnant with our 4th. This is the 1st pregnancy I have my shit together, mostly. I'll be the first to admit, I have issues. I have serious oneitis and validation seeking, as anyone will know looking at my posts especially from the last couple days. But 3 things I'm doing right: I'm keeping my issues to myself, I'm working out like a madman, and I'm not dialing it back because she's pregnant.

Here is some great advice I got: pregnancy changes nothing. Don't take a knee. Her vagina is in perfect working order. I think pregnancy is where a lot of guys are just overrun by the beta inside them. What are you going to do after the baby is born? Take a knee then too? Because that is going to be hard on her too, harder than you. Maybe when the kid is 2 or 3, then you can get back on the field. Unless she's pregnant again by then. Might as well stay on the knee until the kids are out of the house.

Don't take a knee. Pregnancy changes nothing.
