I know everyone has a diffent timeline for truly "unplugging" and internalizing. I am not talking about those just saying they swallowed the pill, but put no work.

Assuming the work is done (reading sidebar/lifting/STFU/MAP) when is it that one goes from faking it to really making it?

I am not trying to make this an OYS post or [FR], so will spare details unless needed. I still have to conciously think about "my frame" in interactions, in geenral I am more cautious with words, physical posture, body language, etc. After truly internalizing I assume those things come natural?

I have noticed though that I am more open to talking to people in elevators, passing by, etc, before I wouldn't.

I am seeing things from the "red pill" perspective, viewing attitudes as BP, RP, Rambo, etc. Though not being fully machiavellic, I am seeing beyond the words in every interaction I have with wife, co-workers, etc. Also more assertive, though still have decades of the NiceGuy to get rid of.

I clearly need to keep working at it, probably still need more kicks in the nuts than pats in the back, but does it click? or is it a continuum with "wow - xxx time ago I was a spineless AFC pussy"?.
