Don't do it.

If you really insist, then you must do things in a specific order.

Evangelize
Then if they convert you can see how they're growing in Christ and becoming more mature.
Then you can date them

Doing evangelizing and dating at the same time is a recipe for failure because then you're going to be one of the people who always post on the Christian subs about how you met an awesome woman but she's not a Christian... but you really want to marry her. Just no.

It's a bad idea because it's too hard to tell if they really converted or are just saying what they think you want to hear in the interest of continuing to date you.
