You develop the mentality by actually achieving abundance in whatever the field is, generally here we're talking about women. If you want abundance mentality you have to know that you can fuck lots of attractive chicks, and to know that you can fuck lots of attractive chicks you have to fuck lots of attractive chicks.

Some people here like to say they have abundance mentality without actually having abundance. Some people also like to claim they could lift heavy weight even though no one's ever seen them get under the bar and make it happen. In either case, 99% of the time, it's bullshit

Simply put abundant is having more than you need. To make the market abundant is relative to a market which you have the leverage in.

"Whether buying in a buyers market or selling in a seller's market, you want the market in your favor"

The fastest way to achieve this is recognizing that there's always another option. This is true most of the time, though future options are hardly practical for desperate situations.

The most effective long term way to gain abundance is to work hard. You have to actually increase what you have to offer until there are many people clamoring for access.

Ex: working out, dressing well, practicing game, building social proof, results in abundance. More and more girls want you, once you've crossed the basic thresholds you end up snowballing until at any one moment there's several events you can get to, several girls trying to fuck you, several plates vying for your time.

Ex 2: training in multiple areas, mastering multiple hobbies, being multiple certifications, this takes very long time but increases your value laterally, so more markets are now taking notice of your expertise, giving you more options to compete for your time.

Notice both examples end with time. At the end of the day no matter how you parse it, time is the factor. Abundance happens when doing nothing different from what you currently are leaves you with an excess in some level. This is the birth of true outcome independence. "No, I don't need to make this deal because what I have is already more than enough. I can choose free of worry. I can walk away unscathed." This directly relates to internalization of opportunity cost, a term I suggest you familiarize yourself with if you're not already.

So yeah, it'll take time unless you try to fake it. You've already got abundance somewhere though. For example, you're playing a game, you have a resource everyone wants, you can pick and choose who you deal with. Or maybe it's Friday, there's 3 parties going on, you can hang back and mine for info at your leisure to figure out which you want to designate your best hours at. People are abundant all the time, unfortunately it's often in areas that don't have long term value or benefit. So you know the feeling already, you'll be able to recognize it when you're there.

I actually don't like the added "mentally". I think raw abundance is a lifestyle. I think the "mentally" adds the safety net that you haven't actually made it to true abundance.

To me, abundance is idea of going to the mall with the money to buy whatever you want but walking out with nothing because you don't need it.

It's the saying "There's other fish in the sea" in every context. If you catch one and it doesn't look quite right you can throw it back and catch another. If it doesn't taste good for any reason you can throw it out and go catch another. When it rots you can throw it out and go catch another. You can eventually settle on a fish you like if you want; eventually no matter how good it is with the passage of time it's going to whither away - but you can keep it if you like. Regardless, even if you eventually change your mind: there's still other fish in the sea.

Abundance mentality is simply remembering that at all times.

Go to a college campus, mall, or bar. Anywhere with a lot of attractive women. Go hit on one (you'll probably be rejected). Go up to another and do the same thing. Don't stop until you talk to at least 10 girls. Ask yourself at the 10th girl what the 1st ones name was? You'll realize a few things. She wasn't that important, no girl will ever be that important, and when one turns you down there are 3 billion more to talk to.

For keeping the mentality just talk to multiple girls at the same time. Never do back to back dates with a girl. Always have a date with another in between. They can smell the abundance on you. Don't text them unless you set up plans to meet. Don't set up one date and not another. This makes you rely on her. If you have another date that week or the same day you know there is another girl waiting for you so you won't stress it.

There's no way to skip being proficient BEFORE getting abundance mentality. You need to see how it works before it works for you. I'm currently working on it as well.

It's not about literally having options at any second's notice. It's about the fact that you know you can get options without issue. In turn, you're attitude should show that you're not afraid to lose her because the woman eye fucking you could be had by you.
