I've been with my girlfriend for 2 years now. We have lived together for about 1 & 1/2 of those years. She's never had a high sex drive. We would only ever have sex when I initiated it since the beginning of the relationship. But, I've initiated it less and less lately, and we just haven't been having sex as a result. Because she doesn't seem to care. She seems to be fine with this, she never asks what's up or complains about it. Maybe she really just has no sex drive? Or maybe something deeper is going on here? I also tell her to shave, but she always puts it off "I'll do it later" or "I'll do it tomorrow", and ends up not doing it. If it weren't for the fact that she'd never seemed to be very sexual, and the fact that since the beginning of the relationship I was the one initiating sex, I would be extremely suspicious at this point. When I do initiate it I can get her into it though, with no problems. So I don't understand. And she's always telling me that I'm attractive and compliments me, when I wear nice clothes or look particularly good on a day, so if she's just lost attraction for me, would she be saying these things? Would she be able to get into sex if there was no attraction?

Now, I feel like she MAY have a thing for a guy she works with (she got a new job at the start of the year). Why do I think this? Well, I could just be being paranoid, but you know when you get that 'feeling', like when they talk about them there's something more to it? She hasn't said anything "weird", but she has brought him up a lot in conversations, albeit about her work. Like for example, tonight she was telling me this story about this other guy she works with, and how she told him that he reminded her of some guy of some TV show, because he's really whiny and emotional (read beta), and how funny it was. And that her and her "guy friend" were giving this other guy shit about it. She basically talks about him like hes a good friend. And that's what makes me so suspicious.

Now, maybe about a month and a half ago she was invited to go on a work trip to somewhere for a week (a rural area), and this guy was going with her, as well as a couple of others. One thing that striked me as odd before she left was that she shaved. Why all of a sudden, just before going away for a week, are you shaving? That's just sus, given I always tell her to shave and she always puts it off. So she went on the trip, and contact was very minimal (apparently theres no phone reception there, so she only gets a chance to talk at night using her wireless data card -- I know this part is true). But she didn't really talk for long, I got a few messages over the course of that week, but that was it. No real conversations flowed, because she wasn't really anywhere to be seen.

She came back, seemed to be acting like her normal self, I didn't notice any out of the norm behavior. Until, only recently, she randomly came to me and showed me her laptop being like "I got offered to go to X again". I thought it was odd that she showed me her laptop, almost like she was trying to provide proof that it was true, because she thought I was going to be suspicious. Anyway, that was the last I heard of that. I asked her if she was still going, and she said nah. Then, shortly after she said "they want me to go back again". All of this is true by the way, I know she's actually going there, and I know she's in that rural area without phone reception, I'm not suspicion on that part. But, what striked me as suspicious is, once again, she shaved the night before leaving... Wtf? I even mentioned it to her this time, made a joke about it. And she made up some lame excuse about not letting it get out of control, or it was just a coincidence, or something. I vaguely remember her response, all I know is it sounded like bullshit.

Anyway, so now shes over there again. I hear from her at night sometimes. But she doesn't really wanna stick around to talk, she stays on for maybe 30 minutes at most, and then says she needs to go to bed because shes working 12 hour days, and she's tired. Like tonight for example, she said all she was doing was watching TV, but she only stayed to talk for maybe 20 minutes, then said she wanted to go to bed because she has work tomorrow. I've intentionally been trying to be distant with her whilst shes gone, to see if she'd bite and act more interested in what I was doing, or where I was etc, but I haven't noticed any of that. I don't think she really seems to care. But then again, she's never really been the type to act like that.

So my problem is, all of this could be construed as paranoia and circumstancial, as coincidental, perhaps she's really doing nothing and I'm just being paranoid as fuck, I'm a naturally paranoid person honestly. Perhaps she just has a low sex drive, perhaps she really is just shaving coincidentally. Or maybe there's more to this. I'm close with her family, and I don't think she wants to cheat on me. But, maybe if she could get away with it she would try. Or, another possibility, maybe she's over me, and is priming this guy to see if he's her next candidate. Perhaps she's trying to determine if she can replace me with him. Or, maybe this is all in my head.

So, TRP, does it sound like its all in my head? What would you do? She works with him, so I have no way of catching her out. I asked a girl I've known since primary school (a solid 9/10, seems to realize how strong hypergamy is and has admitted to cheating and dating up etc) what her thoughts were, and what she would do. She said she thinks that she's either fucking him, or considering replacing me with him. And that she would ask to go on a 2 week break when she got back, to see what she does, and to put the ball in her court. If she ends up moving on, its for the better because it was going to happen anyway, but if she stays the course during these 2 weeks I know it's just paranoia. But does this seem like a good decision, or a terrible one?

HUGE wall of text, so thanks to anyone who can make it through that.
