Look at Rollo's SMV chart -- it is extremely accurate in my own life (41 year old male) although I owned a small share in a popular nghtclub in my early 20s so my SMV for those years was off the charts (literally).

Your 20s should be about maximizing your SMV from 30-50+. Have fun in your 20s but never put a woman on the pedestal for every 10 seconds. Focus on building power, building money, building income streams, building network contacts of guys with producer mindsets not consumer mindsets.

It gets way better. At 25 your SMV will jump significantly if you are better off than most guys. By 30 it will skyrocket. At 41 my SMV blows most guys out of the water and I'm a short ugly dude missing teeth. Hell, I have Forest Whitaker eye when sleepy or stressed and women tell me it's sexy (which is a huge lololol to me).

21 is still a teenager in game years. You have at least 15 years of good hunting ahead of you, assuming you keep improving yourself and your inner and outer game. Yes, it does get better. You're already ahead of the game at 21.

Side note: While living rent-free, save as much as you can and invest it well. What you want by age 40 is enough passive income from your investments that pays for your annual expenses so you can choose not to work the rest of your life. You got 20 years ahead of you. It's possible. Use the magic of time and compound interest/returns. Lookup "financial independence" and read up on the subreddit.

And no matter what you do, DO NOT GET MARRIED. Keep all your monies to yourself.

Its not like as time goes on you get more attractive. Its more like the further you get from puberty the more physically attractive (until you're like 40 and start aging), the further into your career/investing the wealthier you get, and finally the more you experience life the more stories and maturity you have the more interesting you become.

You can wait for time to give you these things (that will take years) or you can make them happen faster yourself. I see no reason a guy can't have peak smv by 25 or so, at which point he can be 4-5 years into his career (past the bullshit entry level pay), have lifted for 5+ years and thus be strong and shredded, and have done enough traveling and partying to have some tales to tell.

First off, yes it does get better. Way better. Second, resume those female friendships. You don't have to hook up with them, but they will provide an "in" with their friends or friends of friends who you may be interested in.

Just know that it takes time to appreciate in terms of SMV, but also realize that 30 or 35 may seem like a lifetime away, but it'll be here before you know it.

I'm 23. At 20, and even 21, I was the most beta person imaginable. I definitely feel that the only place to go from here is up. When you get older, you'll have more maturity and experience with women and you'll feel more confident.

Assuming a woman's SMV peaks in her early-mid 20's and you eventually will want a relationship with a woman aged 25-32, to have kids. You will be perceived best when you are 3-6 years older than the woman, if you are fit and successful. So that puts your peak late 20's up until late 30's. As you get into your 40's the women you will attract will often have been ridden on the carousel and have kids(s) in tow. Sure there are exceptions, and some people age differently than others. If you go to a major city, upscale women tend to put off having kids and take care of themselves well. You might be more successful as an older man there. But those women often have ridden the carousel hard. I still get occassional IOIs from women in their 20's-early 30's but I look younger than I am - maybe late 30's.

There are a few things that are going to happen here. You are going to be increasing your value while the majority of men are trying to skate through life. They'll get married, fat and lazy. At a younger age women will select you for your dreams. When you're older you'd better have done some shit.

Side note here: If you have gotten enough practice in with juggling, I highly recommend practicing with broken beer bottles. It's a hit with the chicks but you'll probably need to build some trust with the employees/owner first. If you do, be careful, that point where the bottle spins is off for each bottle because it's impossible to break 2 bottles the exact same way. I like to use the magician setup when I'm in a new area and this is one of the ways I shutdown other magicians. That and a few other things, but that's a whole other story.

Going to go against the grain here, your SMV will get better but in all likelihood the ease of access you had in times of your life such as high school and college won't exist once you hit the real world. The ease of access that is presented to you in your younger years make the game a lot easier because you don't need that high of an SMV to do well. You are constantly around girls near your age who are young and ready to fuck/explore their sexuality, doesn't happen as much once you hit the real world.

Ever since I finished college, the game has become harder for me since the access I had in college is no longer around. The quality of women has decreased and it has become a lot tougher because the social circle present to you during your younger days does not exist anymore.

Now if you had the same access that a lot of college guys + the higher SMV that comes with age, it would literally be shooting fish in a barrel.

You'll find that you get more attention from younger girls because they probably don't have this issue with having to keep face (as much) as older girls. With a bit of game, I reckon you'll have luck with older ones than the illegal age (hope you got the humour).

Starting late means nothing, 20s are still early. It just means that you didn't get to get attention from people in your age group (school, for instance) as you started improving yourself post-school.

Does it get better with age and time? Depends. Some will preach that after your younger years, no. Some will say it gets better forever.

I say if you keep in shape, take care of yourself and stay sharp. I don't see why it shouldn't get better.

However be warned that the best way to stand out is to be like everyone else but better. For instance a being a young guy in a club who just happens to have better game, frame and all that relative to the other guys. This is probably an avenue best explored in your 20s. In your 30s, likely beginning in your mid, you probably can keep it better. But you'll have to forgo some scenes for more age appropriate ones. For instance, being quite old in a club will make you stand out... but you'll be that odd/creepy guy in the club who might be better than the others. However you'll still have that label of being that old guy.

Meaning as you get older you probably don't want to immerse yourself in the scenes where "all the kids hang". Unless you're incredibly genetically blessed where you can retain an incredibly youthful appearance (or have the wallet to do it), then by all means go for it.

I'm in my early 20s, but I've got friends from different ages. Some about 10 years older than I am who are so genetically blessed that they can wing it in the clubs because they don't look older. Some who can't go into clubs without looking like that old guy.

My experience is that if you stick out like a sore thumb (being seen the old guy in the club of young people) that is an incredibly hard impression to get over. But the age can help you when you're in a scene where it is quite mixed like say a coffee shop, a pub and the like.

Expressed another way: younger, night and day game are yours to take advantage of to the fullest extent. Older, certain avenues of night game will probably no longer be appropriate, but day game will still work wonders.

By time, so long as you improve yourself physically, mentally, professionally, doing interesting things etc... It'll get better, no questions asked.

Though, always remember: Rome wasn't built in a day, but destroyed in one. I.E. don't spend so much time to self improve only to engage in stupid shit later which risks you totally destroying all that you worked for.

Though you can hedge yourself by having several social circles which are different one another. Lose value in one, then hang more with another. Let time pass then re-enter the one where you lost value to build it up again. (Comparable to getting out of the friend zone via the distance method.)

I started college at 21, already fit, began lifting with a friend studying to be a dietician and trainer.

I had always had options, since I was younger, 15, maybe 16, plenty of them. However letting him use me as his study tool and training Buddy got Mr from being approached several times a week to several a day, over a 3 year period.

Now I'm 27, six years later, finishing the last year for my triple major, and let me trek you, it is insanity. The terrible 25 to 30 trek lots of guys go through "prone beta bucks baby pumping time" never happened to me.

I can only imagine what it'll be like at 30 plus if I continue.

Yes it gets better and better op. My grandpa died at 90. Stopped chopping wood when he was 86 due to being thrown from a tree he rigged incorrectly. His last fling was a year later, a Lithuanian tiny girl who thought she could get some of his money, "never happened" she was thirty five, people constantly said he looked 60.

Hell my dad turned seventy right today, he looks 45 or 50.

We have a very active family, in shape, great genetics, bodies last forever. Take care of yourself like it's a part time job, 20 hours a week, "natural fit, Cook your damned meals yourself, lift heavy things, go to the doctor" etc. Your body will treat you well in return. "Supposing even average genetics"
