Sounds like your trying to develop too quickly in too many areas at once. Kick down the pace a notch. Set benchmarks and reward yourself. If you go to the gym and over-train you're going to get injured or mentally not want to go back. That applies to all areas of improvement. It's all about slow steady progress.

Schedule in your own rewards. One day a week schedule a nothing afternoon, phone off, no response, treat it like a top priority business function. Do your favorite hobby. If you don't unwind you burn.

You are probably still not internalizing everything, working out can be fun if you like the place, after 30 years of avoiding the gym because I hate them, I found a gym I love, miss no days, like the ambience, the people, the energy.

Hence now working out is a passive action, my mind is free to do other things.

Etc, find your niche at work, avoid trying to tackle everything at once.

You sound like your own worst enemy. You might benefit from seeing a psychotherapist for behavioral modification therapy.

You might also have a medical condition. Lyme disease, thyroid disorder, low T, all possibilities. Have you seen a doctor about this?

Change is good. If you're sick of your workout, change it. If you're sick of your job, change it. You have the power. I'm a high-stim kind of guy so any kind of novelty sends my motivation through the roof.

Many a times we put so much effort and time into a relationship that we no longer know how to truly and give and take care of ourselves.

It sounds like you're improving but you don't know how to gauge and measure that Improvement because again you are probably still have the mindset of the relationship blue pill-er .

With my self as example I would recommend at least a year to year-and-a-half from monk mode for every person who just comes out of a long-term relationship. Turn off the pussy chasing and just spend literally each and every day on you and no one else.

Every person has a flaw but dont try to safe guard against all areas of life especially women because we have exposed thier true nature and most of what men do is geared towards women so just dont worry about what the hell they think or do be happy about yourself and then things will flow more easily including dealings with women if it means anything to you.

Being overwhelmed is a sign you aren't pacing yourself correctly.

As someone else said, SLEEP MORE. It is directly related to stress, will power, mental and physical performance.

Same thing happened to me. I burned out after 6 months of success. And relapsed to MUCH more beta behavior than i ever had to begin with.

I got out of shape (badly), dropped all my plates, LTR'd a post-wall psycho who was 7 years older than me (wtf) and slipped into a huge depression. Developed a drug dependancy.

I can't give any advice about avoiding burnout. All i can say is that allowing yourself to burn out and just quit everything will lead to a terrible terrible life. I still havent recovered. Im beta as fuck right now in my life. Just use me as a cautionary tale.

Maybe take short breaks off of your responsibilites once in a while. But dont let yourself slip back into comfort zone. It's terrible here and I've been contemplating suicide for the better part of two years.

Tldr: dont give up. It's a slippery slope. Take breaks. But dont give up or you might end up like me.

Also what others are saying. Find a passion that helps with motivation and drive. Sleep plenty, eat well and lift and run.
