So there is this female in our team that handles a lot of projects for our director. We are a team of 4, three guys and her.

She criticized one guy's work in a team call and often called him out on his mistakes. The behavior then transcended to emails as well. He took the issue up to the director, and based on my conversation with her seems like the director was willing to fire that guy despite the problem lying with her.

Now today I had some issues with my zoom and had to dial in over the phone. The bully states. Op dial in quicker time is ticking and when I asked her to start with some of the interview questions I had prepared while I reconnected, she goes on and says Guess I have to do all your work now. To which the client jokes looks like he owes you his paycheck as well.

I've raised this to the director as a cya tactic so that if this issue repeats in the future I can escalate this to HR. 

FYI: The bully and myself are at the same level on the corporate ladder.

I doubt her behavior will change anytime but how should I deal with her behavior in the future.
