At my workplace, we have a company thing where we make memes about other workers in a "light hearted manner" and in MANY cases, the women make memes about the bald headed workers (maybe ~40% of men are slick bald or should have already shaved it all off) comparing them to Mr. Clean "Separated at birth?" or even Golum from Lord of the rings, everyone laughs and no one complains, even the bald men. 99% of women in my workplace are fat. Fat by their own accord. Baldness is genetic and out of your control. Without taking drugs that turn you into a female, you can't do anything about it.

Now, if I was a bald man (I'm not) and I made reference to one of these women being overweight, I'd probably lose my job, right? I just thought about this. If I was one of the bald men, could you even do anything about it? I've never thought about this until now.
