Hi redpill, first time posting here. Having a situation with my girlfriend whom I live with.

She rarely goes partying, pretty much only when there’s a work thing where everyone goes (she’s a good girl, but fun and likable as well). Last time she went out, we had a minor fight the night prior. So she goes out. I wake up in the middle of the night, around 5 am, and finds the bed empty. No messages on the phone either.

Now, after parties are pretty common in my city, both in her and my social circle. I don’t mind if she goes to one, although I prefer she wants to go home, but she should send me a text if she does (even If I’m asleep). So I call her, send her messages. No reply. (I am pretty certain she’s at an after party and not with some guy. I have never suspected her of cheating, never had a reason to. But obviously I start wondering when I don’t hear from her.)

She comes home FOUR HOURS after I called her, around 9 (she never replied). Says she was at an after party. I am pissed off to say the least, and apparently she’s still mad and stand offish because of our tiny little fight before. I pack a bag and head out, planning to stay away for a few nights. (In retrospect I think she understood the stupidness of her behavior at this point. She had somehow believed I messed up, now she realized it was her…). I leave, in the evening I got a long text where she genuinely apologizes and asks me to come home the next day. I say ok and go home next day.

I hoped she was done with this. Wrong.

That was six weeks ago, and the last time she was out. New work thing this time. I tell her to have fun, but none of that bs like last time. She agrees and heads out. I wake up at night again, 5.30. Empty bed, empty phone. Call her. NO REPLY AGAIN. If I call her when she’s at an after party, she’s to fucking answering her phone or to call me back if she didn’t hear it. I wonder if she’s going to pull the same stuff like last time. If it goes to 9 again without me hearing from her, I’ll have to break it off. Simple as that.

She comes around 6.15. Drunk and straight to bed in her clothes. Can barely talk. Glad she’s ok, but I’m fucking pissed.

Next morning I get up at 9, she comes to me and asks if I’m upset. I don’t look at her, I don’t answer her. She eventually goes back to bed. I pack my things and leave.

That was yesterday morning. She has called me a bunch of times, has send me lots of texts apologizing. I haven’t answered any of them. Since yesterday morning I’ve been MIA. From the look of her texts, it’s seems to be getting to her. Good. She needs to learn.

In a way I feel it’s not the end of the world to come home 6.15, but it is still pretty fucking late for a gf you live with. Especially when she can’t even be bothered to send me a text when I have explicitly told her to (I’ve said after parties are ok). It’s a huge lack of respect.

Obvious problem is that she didn’t feel the urge to contact me. I don’t want to pressure her, I want her to WANT to let me know. If she doesn’t want that, it’s a big, big problem.

Wondering how long I should stay silent. I’m thinking going home to her tomorrow. Two days later she goes to her family for christmas. Will see if she gets a present from me this year though…

EDIT. You guys are fucking stupid. Last time she went out was SIX WEEKS AGO. She stays at home with me EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. She came home ridiculously drunk and laid down in bed immediately in her dress (without even going to the bathroom), then she tried to get frisky with me (which I didn't want any part of). Does that sound like she was cheating...? After parties are not that uncommon you WEIRD, UNSOCIAL MOTHERFUCKERS.

Seriously, are guys here morons?? Yeah, when she came home 9 last time, it could've been suspect, but we had a fight and her coworkers party hard. Again: AFTER PARTIES ARE NORMAL. She came home pissed and it was obvious she wanted to mess with me because of our fight. Which she quickly understood was fucked up.

However, I agree it's uncool for her to do too much of that shit (even though she RARELY goes out, she pretty much only see her gfs when they work out together). I agree that it's not a good sign for the relationship for her staying out late. That's why I left the apartment. But no, there's no sign of her cheating. Idiots.

She's never been a cc chick, I wear the pants in the relationship and I bang her really fucking well. I would never be surprised if a girl, that includes her, cheats, but there's no sign of that whatsoever.
