So, tell me if I've got this story basically straight: a guy flying out of the country chats up your girlfriend. She doesn't tell him that she's got a man - instead, she gives him her number. Now he's back in the US and he texts her that he's got a gift for her. She wants the gift even though she knows he's trying to fuck her (unless she's retarded). She plans to go accept the gift and she plans to turn the guy down.

The implication is that if you don't go, she might just change her mind and fuck him. Even if you do go she's going to keep texting him, and will feel more comfortable seeing him alone next time.

You're asking the wrong question. Going or not going doesn't change the outcome for you. Your problem is not this one-time meeting. Your problem is that your girl is giving out her number, chatting (flirting) with other dudes, and accepting gifts from them. If you don't care that she's fucking other guys (because if she doesn't fuck this one, she'll fuck the next one) then that's good - keep on not caring. If you do care, then you need to drop her.

Get the other dude's number and tell him to post here so that I can explain to him that his problem is that he's using bribes instead of attraction. He's getting taken advantage of unless he manages to get her into bed, which would be total luck at this point.

Tell your girl (lol, "your" girl) that it's inappropriate to accept gifts from men. However, if she does want the gift, tell her she at least has to give him a blow job. And then tell her that if you are driving her to and from places where she's being a prostitute, that makes you her pimp and you'll be taking the gift for yourself, because that's what pimps do.
