I think you've figured out that you were a chump and got played. Your lack of frame let these girls know they could do this and you would oblige. Work on your frame and some of this will go away. You might still have girls try it later. You could have seen it as “credit.” Next time you saw your female “friend” she owed you one so to speak. Instead you gave her power over you by chasing it right away.
