The problem is not masturbation by itself. Problem is non-stop massive longterm every-day fapping to internetporn. Every click a new girl, a new scene, a new kink. It overloads you and makes you insensitive to sex with a woman and it ruins your personality to a certain degree. That is why you read: Stop fapping! so often. Stop fapping, not masturbation.

Im trying to get off that whole deal too. I get around the 6 day mark and it feels like my whole day starts to revolve around the fact that I aint whacked it in a while. The thing is, that feeling is part of the remission process. You wouldn’t be getting better if you didn’t feel that feeling. If you just outwill it, get rid of whatever you’re peeking on at the source (social media outlets, porn stashes, etc.), and find things to do, it will go away. Idle times that you decide to hop on social media outlets are where 99% of slip ups happen, so you just gotta snuff that out at the source.

I stopped counting how long I've been on NoFap I think my counter is probably around 150+ now. For me it was just utter frustration and total commitment. When you realize it does nothing for you. Join NoFap and get involved there. Read all about their stories. I kept relapsing after the first few attempts, but I've stuck to it now. The lack of focus is due to constant triggering of urges. Find out what your triggers are, and you’ll begin to develop self awareness of them. Write them down and crate a game plan on how to avoid them and how to overcome them if activated. Sexual fantasies or flashbacks of poem scenes do seem to just happen with no apparent triggers. This is admittedly a more advanced stage of the game to conquer. Do your best to refute them. Meditation is the best technique for not getting lost in any porn flashback scenes.

I’m a early 2000s kind of guy, but i think the real world has become pornography. Sex is everywhere: media, ladies fashion, fitness (So many ladies with fake tits and big booties compared to when lesbian Jillian Michaels was plastered on our TV screens). Hell some people consider Instagram softcore porn because of these reasons.

The key is to play on this shit IRL, online only leads to rejections...and resorting to pornhub.
