But long story short. You tell her. “No girl of mine is going to be doing [ insert boundary here ]”

The key is to enforce it. By meaning it and walking away if she keeps it up. Otherwise you’re just a push over

Mate guarding means you're scared of competition and have no abundance. That's nothing to do with boundaries. If a girl disrespects you then remove attention.

When your smv is high enough and you’re overloaded with options and you have girls looking at you everywhere you go, you literally just walk away from women who disrespect. They aren’t worth your time....

Every single time, they will come crawling back. You don’t even have to say anything most of the time. You just pretend like nothing is the matter and they will be so in awe at your ability to walk away and disappear from their lives. They will never disrespect you again.

You have to establish boundaries early on in the relationship: implicitly through conversation as some of the other posters have said. I like to keep them to myself. If she crosses a minor one, I withdraw. If she crosses a major one, I next. No need for her to know what yours are. Women aren't stupid, they know what is right and what isn't right in a relationship.

When I was a little kid, one of my dad's friends yelled at me for doing something childish. They didn't have the internet back then. He wasn't studying up on setting boundaries; he just knew to set them. And by yelling me into submission, I understood the boundaries. This is my best guide for setting my own boundaries. It doesn't mean I go shouting at people, but I follow that general feel. Be a nice guy until its time to utilize aggression tools in various degrees. Weakest degree is simply saying no. Start from there and work your way up.

Most boundaries aren’t so rigid and aren’t even said out loud.

You don't set boundaries, you have boundaries. When your woman crosses the line you withdraw contact, she will get the picture quickly enough.

You can think of it like handling a child. Would you let a child swear at you or hit you or disrespect you? Of course not. You would put it in his place.

Same with women. Difference many women will not change some behaviours. This is understandable, but also thats why you have to set limits from the start.
