The office (a small company with less than 20 employees) has a proprietary chat software and I gained access to the system a few months ago. Nobody knows this and it's virtually impossible to find out. The result: I can read every single chat conversation, and the stuff I've been learning since then is amazing.

I basically got to see what people say to each other in private and what they really think about others. Women, especially, fucking complain about everything, gossip, take everything people say in public and over analyze it. Worst case, if they are put in a tough spot, they'll rationalize the hell out of it in order to bash other women or guys.

For example, I found out about another guy who tries to mess with me by saying shit about me to some of the women and given they loved the gossip and drama, they fuel his ego like crazy. Then, in public, some of them go back to normal, others act like "they have a secret relationship" with him and expect him to AMOG me in someway, and they have absolutely no idea I know everything they say to each other in private.

Another example are people (guys and girls) who fucking insult the company owners during breaks or lunch or whatever all the time (behind their backs, of course) for no good reason other that they don't like the job and the bosses give others (like me) lots of benefits because we are good at our job. Of course, they also play it cool and friendly to my bosses faces in order to manipulate them and try to make us look bad.

Another woman has been saying to other girls that I don't wanna help her and I'm basically a pain in the ass. Of course, she never said to them that she tries to offload her work all the time without even trying to do it, and she also never said to them how I do wanna help her but I expect her to put some effort, while all she wants is to be told what to do.

I even found out that a woman has been inviting others for drinks behind my back on purpose and telling others not to invite me. This completely flew under my radar because she's always nice to my face and instead it looks like she can't stand me and wants no other women in the office to like me in any way... This hasn't worked exactly as she expected, but she keeps trying.

This same woman has been trying to offload tons of her work to other people all the time. Not only that, but the damn bitch asks for help, and once she did so, she starts surfing facebook or chatting with other people while those she asked for help do her work. And they have no idea she's doing this...

I basically got a first row seat to how those with no power use office politics to climb the ladder somehow, and how a few of the incompetent ones try to manipulate others just to avoid doing work.

Now that I know I have a passive aggressive bitch trying to mess with me, and all the shit that has been going on, would you use this sort of access to mess with them? If so, how exactly would you use it?
