I usually text for logistics not only because TRP recommends it, but because I really have a hard time making good conversations through text. Should I leave like that or work on text game?

So yeah pretty much what the posts says.

I usually text for logistics and barley text a girl. When I do, the texting doesn’t usually last more than an hour. And it’s always at night. And usually I’m always the one that says goodnight/goodbye. Because I simply don’t like texting, and I simply suck at it.

Like I don’t know what to talk about. What the fuck is there to talk about? I always see normal people, you know, people that don’t use TRP or something, always texting on there phones to their girlfriends/boyfriends. Texting everyday, always sending good morning texts and shit. And I just like how? How much do you have to say to be able to have a conversation through phone everyday. I’m 21 so I feel like this holds me backs since people my age are in love with texting.

I did this even before I found TRP. The first girl I dated back in 2017 once asked me if we could text more than we usually did. Told her no that I’d prefer to text every 2-3 days because I don’t like texting.

Like take this new girl I’m taking to right now. She was cute girl I had on Facebook. Messaged her on Sunday to introduce myself. We talked about her job and teased her about how mean she looks and blah blah. Got her number.

Next day I text her, and I realize that I have nothing to say. I’m having a hard time thinking of what to text about. What can I possibly say? So instead I just text her “I’d like to get to know you, but in person. Let’s go out this Wednesday!” She said yes. Very enthusiastically I must say.

Cool. But I’m just wondering if not being a good texter will hold me back. Should I continue as I am or work on text game?
